Ordered a custom blanket on 11/30 for pick up on 12/6-12/10. Payment was sent on 11/30. On 12/8 I inquired about status, was told there was a shipping delay on Amazon's part it would be in 12/10. One 12/12 I followed up and was told I could pick up on Friday. Sent message Thursday to confirm pick up details and was told she would contact me after 6 Friday. At 8:30 Friday the 16th I followed up, she responded at 11:30 and suggested pickup for 12/17 instead. I sent a suggested pick up time and place no response, 12/17, multiple requests for pick up sent, no responses. 12/18 I asked for a refund due to not being able to pick up my item and being ignored, she advised she couldn't do a refund since it was already completed and she would meet me that afternoon because she was out doing Christmas stuff with her kids. 12/19 she didn't contact me so again I requested a refund. She defects any attempt of blame and has yet to offer a specific time or place to meet. I contacted cash app and my bank neither could help me. They suggested I file a police report and a complaint with the BBB. Very disappointing! I also saw that other people were ignored by her and have not received their items either from the same group. Tried to buy from a small business and instead got taken advantage of. Hate that she ruins it for the good people put there that aren't just taking your money! I also asked for photos twice and was not provided them. Definitely avoid her! I was able to find her contact information to fill out this information but her location was even a lie.
