Sold be old/bad product, and/or product I said I didn't want, did not respond to two emails within 48 hours of purchase, and refused a refund on unopened, unwanted package they sold me by mistake, told me to get in touch with the grower, instead! . This is my forth dispensary I have used, and my first major complaint. They are not an honest broker. .Review from Erika D

Please note I have had good visits with staff being extremely knowledgeable and helpful! However!!!!! They will not respond to emails or even calls. I have tried multiple times to get in contact with someone. They provide false advertisement on their specials so youre more keen to buy those. Youre not allowed to open anything at their store so youre unable to even check anything. The cart I had bought had about 1/3 missing as well (it was sealed). The percentage is completely wrong as well. So when you buy the stuff there is absolutely no promises that you will get what you paid for!!!! But any visit before they have been nice and helpful. Just when the issues arise, no way to get any help or answers! I have all photos of the false advertising and cart missing some for proof of my claims too!Review from Thomas A

Since the opening weekend of recreational marijuana sales is 6 weeks gone, Shangri-la can treat each customer with more efficient service. The last couple of visits were completed in under 5 minutes. Really good, friendly people who work hard.Review from Shale R.

Terrible issue reconciliation, after being charged 3 times to my debit card I was prompted by employees to use cash, whilst withdrawing cash I noticed the charges, I returned and told them I was charged but it was to no avail, I was told the charge couldn't be seen by them so 1.no refund would be given, and 2. I would be leaving with no product, I was charged in total ****** and told I was wrong, and it was the banks fault, or I needing to wait for it to clear, I am now 2 weeks later with no response after multiple attempts to contact someone, zero things are being resolved for me as a customer, I am out ****** because of shangri la dispensaries in columbia missouris mistake
