      Well, my complaint is longer than the characters allowed on this, but in summary, not only was I sexually harassed by an employee named **** but they went ahead and gave my sale to that person when he wasn’t the one who sold me my bike then when I went to finance and I specifically asked for gap the whole entire time I was in the office, it was never given to me, detailed to me, or put in my pay for work when trying to find a resolution, and came up with a resolution, especially when calling corporate, I have been thoroughly ignored and told by corporate that I have papers that I can sign going ahead and adding the gap insurance but because finance department got mad and didn’t know what they were doing and trying to ask me for more of a down payment that wasn’t needed they decided to call finance and tell them I didn’t want this deal when that is not true so I’ll be looking to hire an attorney to fix this. I corporate and finance with Harley already know everything that’s going on, and the fact that y’all are throwing a fit. I at least woman and up, apologized for raising my voice at the fact that I thought I would have to turn around and pay another down payment on the same bike. I already owned when all they wanted me to do was go in and re-sign the same paperwork. Nothing else was needed so I feel that this company is asking for more money than what is necessary, and instead of working with your customer, they are making their own decisions and telling people that I have to file a whole Nother credit application and put a whole Nother down payment on a bike that I’ve already put a down payment on when corporate already told them that all I needed was to go in and re-sign paperwork. It was that easy, I’ve already spoken with a few attorneys already. That says I have a really good case. He recommends I highly recommend ******** ****** ******** in Springfield because my buying experience with my second bike was better I have my own business of five years I don’t lose papers.

      Attached is the original warranty options that were offered at the time of sale. The customer did not chose to purchase any additional warranty at the time of sale in order to keep the monthly payment at $437.12.  Any warranties purchased would add to the monthly payment amount. If customer would purchased all of the warranties offered it would be the monthly payment to $485.52.

      On 08-02-23 the customer called and wanted to add GAP to the contract.  I wrote my notes on the original from her file that the Deal was already closed and we are unable to add the GAP to it after the purchase was final.  Although, she would be able to contact her Motorcycle insurance and add the GAP through insurance policy with them.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I have the phone calls on recording where I called corporate finance saying they spoke to **** ***** in the finance department at Harley Davidson in Joplin stating they offered to go ahead and add gap to my deal since the bike was recently purchased. I excepted the fact that there was going to be a higher price on my monthly payment. ***** never offered gap insurance to me When I was sitting in the office my husband and my stepson were also there I asked for a gap from the very beginning she never told us on that section that gap insurance was offered in that section. I also have all of my paperwork that I have had mailed to me from the beginning paper videos of it me opening it, showing that that part of that paper is actually not in my files as well and when I went to tag the bike, my finance papers were also incorrect. You tried to sell the bike to the state of Missouri for 16,000 when the sale price was 15,000 so Missouri state had to sit there and go in and correct the paperwork according to my sales tax receipts that I had provided so once again I am in the wrong here but finance is still messing up all my paperwork all the way to the tagging department  You’re being dishonest call Harley Davidson corporate. They also have it stated that hi excepted their offer of adding gap you just got mad and threw a hissy fit because you guys wanted an extra down payment off of me and I wasn’t gonna pay extra down. You didn’t wanna listen to what they told you to do so you’re blaming someone else I have all of my paperwork on file. I also have finance corporate on file, and they can also run the screening and the phone calls that they’ve had between ***** and myself and tell you differently .

      Let alone the ad absolutely no insurance company, offers gas insurance and her is a finance loan person should know that they do not offer to cover your finance. It is only offered after you purchase a bike she did not go through thorough detail with me in that finance office in that section I don’t even know what coverages I have The screenshots before or the phone calls to the corporate headquarters for Harley Davidson’s finance department I can call them again and ask them for an email of the phone call receipts between you and myself and what you stated because they told me that you told them that I denied their  Exception that they offered me and that was incorrect because there was a heated argument between you and I were you talked about me needing a down payment on the same bike I had already given you a down payment, but when I talk to corporate and finance, they told me I didn’t need a down payment. All I needed to do was come in and sign for different signatures . I even called back and apologized to you ***** and you said you would call back and let me know when they called you back and you apologize to me as well if you can’t be a legit woman and keep your word and tell the truth, then I don’t know who you are .

      How is this a good faith effort when I never received a phone call they never answered the phone calls that were done, and they are lying about the fact that finance didn’t offer them this deal when I can go in and get phone call records I’ve already spoken to an attorney and I can turn around and take this business for what they did on top of the fact I was sexually harassed, so how does me being sexually harassed being fixed right now?

      I bought a motorcycle from them around a month ago next day tried to start it starter was hanging up and grinding they won't respond back in this whole time I've had one call back and was told they would call back nothing so bike isn't able to be rode due to not wanting to further damage to anything else still no response are they just trying to get past lemon law?

      Bought a bike in may temp tag i got record 6/16 just got my title so my tags were illegal they mail my title out july 7th 2022 so I had no way to get another temp tag in ks so now fees have added up so now cant get tempt tag in ks is after 60 days so fees keep going up till I pay $1330 their title department should do something about this. If I would of had the title in decent time frame could of been legal in ks and no fees added

      We sent the title out on July 7th.  We received the title within a week of purchase.  They never picked up the title.  We will not compensate him for the fee's he owes the State.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      You have literally got me for everything other than agreed when I bought the bike 250 gift card nor true bike not serviced now its my job to pick up my title where did you go to school for buissness degree not good all I've got is likes and excuses now I was suppose to pick my title up makes no sense if you had it so long and didnt want to mail it like other dealers do call me put when I purchased it was told mail out so its Hal is fault own I've wrote the mo attorney general also on these situations.
