Lean Start doesn't even deserve 1 star!!! I ordered 1 bottle for $59.94 and 1 free.... No free bottle about it as they ended up charging for 2 bottles!!! Over $119.00 charged to my account! I called and complained, and they knocked the charge down to $84.00. Still no free bottle. Call and cancel immediately because a month later my bank statement has a reoccurring charge. I didn't even receive that shipment!!! No mention whatsoever about reoccurring shipments when ordering!!! They have a bunch of smooth-talking cons working the phones, which don't resolve a thing!!! I'm now in dispute with this company through my bank.Besides charging bogus charges to clueless customers.... These weight loss pills DON'T WORK at all. I swear they are just capsules filled with flour!!!! A total waste of money and time dealing with customer service people.Review from Frank R

I was requesting a free trial bottle but was linked over to confirm the order for 5 bottles and their colon cleanse product for a total of $256. I never received my order and I tried to call but was put on hold due customer representatives were not available. I put in for a call back but still haven't received the call back. I either want my order that I paid for, or have my money refunded back. How can Shark Tank approve this business when their customer service is not ready to handle their calls and/or product in a professional manner.Review from Gerald S

This so called business SUCKS!!! First, it takes forever to get thru to an agent, second they OVERCHARGED my bank card, and then said I'm on a monthly subscription, which I'm NOT, and took an additional $100. When I brought it to their attention, they said "I'll see if the option to refund is possible, please hold". DO NOT GET THIS PRODUCT! It's all a fraud, and the stuff doesn't even work.Review from Linda G

I ordered one bottle at $59.94 plus one free bottle. They charged me for two. I contacted customer service to cancel the order and was told the order had already been processed and could not be cancelled. This website is misleading and I would not recommend ordering from it.Review from Andrea G.

Complete SCAM.Charged my debt card hundreds instead of advertising price. Told me to send product back for refund. Now ***** claims I sent it back incorrectly. And refused to refund my full amount paid.Review from LeAnn J.

Fraud, site said free bottle, put in info and took me to discount offers. Chose the $39 with 50% off for 5 bottles, which was tiny and I thought I was maximizing the screen. Well 3 free with offer, plus 2 for $39. The **** popped up for $199 (5x$39) No! Still had one more step to confirm, I did not, and was stilled charged. Called to cancel and would not. They could only refund half. This is fraud and you should not get charged if you do not confirm. Also, says you can cancel but will not allow. This is wrong!!!Review from Megan B

They fraudulently charged my card for two bottles when the offer stated but one get one free and when I called them about it they wouldn't cancel the charges, stating it had already gone to processing for the order. I had to call my bank and cancel my card since I didn't authorize the charges. Now I have to wait for 10 days to get my new card.Review from Donald P
