    Animated Lighting has a pattern of complaints from consumers that allege non-delivery of ordered products or return of repaired merchandise. Consumers allege that they have paid money up front for merchandise, but it was never delivered.       This business has sold my brother and I hardware to produce holiday light shows! This is the second time they have caused me to not be able to use the equipment. I sent in the brain/computer to get it fixed because it would not run my show! They sent me an invoice for $137 and a new power cord and an SD card back! The SD card when arrived turned out to have someone else’s name on it and was not programmed correctly to what I sent them! I immediately tried to contact them back and the owner said he would take care of it the next morning! They did not return any emails or calls after that! A week later the owner picked up the phone and answered and I asked him about it and he said he would send out the program show today or tomorrow! I never received it and no return emails or phone calls from anyone at the business. I have a 22,000 led light show costing around $12,000 and it cannot run without the proper SD card. They asked for prompt immediate payment which I did through ******! I filed contesting charges with ****** and so far it’s been a few days and no response! It takes 1 to 2 months of set-up to do a professional Christmas light show and I told The owner this. Last year I won the Christmas light competition and this year my light show is sitting dark. The owner in the past has shown to be petty and over sensitive when they make mistakes and you point it out and has done this before but never left me sitting in the dark! I would like restitution for the money I spent for the product I did not receive and compensation for leaving me sitting in the dark this year without any at all return communication! I would like him to buy my equipment back because if you look on the internet this guy has a very bad reputation for this sort of thing! I want away from him.
