I am requesting a refund of charges for my trial subscription which Quetext made extremely difficult to cancel. It is my understanding that is in violation of the FTC Restore Online Shopper's Confidence Act. I emailed their support team explaining my issue that requested a refund of the two charges they made to my account on June 17th. I heard back from ***** from their support team and was informed my account had been canceled but the refund would be under "review." It is now June 24th and I have heard nothing back from Quetext despite several more emails that I have sent. I want a refund. This company obviously does not conduct itself in an ethical manner. My account is registered with Quetext under **********************. Kindly forward this to someone at this firm who will actually do his or her job and issue the two refunds.
