      Business response

      04/06/2023

Please see the attached Response and the documentation that the client will receive her funds returned through Credit Card Dispute. Additional note:  Per our merchant account, we are recommended that if there is a dispute and we agree to return the funds, not to respond as the process is faster.  This is what I did.  I waited to respond to this dispute with the Better Business Bureau as I knew the documentation from the credit card dispute showing resolution in favor of the card holder would happen at any time.  I wanted it to be clear that funds were returned and I ate all the fees.   You will see our timeline of events, but I will point out here that even after the funds were disputed we offered to do the work for free due to the experience of the customer even if she did not sign the Representation Agreement and technically had not hired our firm.  We have made several changes to our procedure to make sure this does not happen again. Thank you for your courtesies.
