      TERRIBLE! Customer Service, is awful... waiting on their cancel line for 20 mins but was told I had 1 min in the queue. I then called their customer support line and that dropped. I have texted, email, and called... about receiving 5 broken containers. I requested a refund and now wanting to cancel my subscription. No responses. I am in charge of customer service at another company... unacceptable on all levels. their food is okay... meat is normally rubbery and tastes bland or just one flavor profile. Their monster protein cookies are chalky and very peanut buttery!

      I received my first package on Thursday and the cold packs had burst and all the food was sitting in a bunch of goo. Needless to say, food was contaminated. Been trying to get refund and cancel subscription but everytime you call, the phone hangs up and then you get a text. I've sent emails and texts with pictures and all I get is a text. Very disappointed and disgusted. Their customer service is a nightmare...

      I have attempted multiple times over the past 2 months to cancel my meal service. I have tried online by email, chat etc… you cannot cancel this way. I have called multiple times. Was told I was 1 person away one time and 4 people away another. With approximate wait of one minute. Every time I waited on hold for 20 minutes was never connected to a person and was hung up on. Texted by company saying to leave text information about account and what I needed. Did so. Obviously no response. If I have to cancel my card to get rid of this problem and service I will do so. I have already gotten at least four more deliveries than I wanted since trying to cancel. I will not pay for anymore.

      This business is a shady business that traps you into a subscription and will not let you get out of it until you beg them. They will never refund you for any wrong doing on their part. They are thief's disguised as a meal prep company. Stay away from them.

      I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL MY PLAN BECAUSE THEY CHARGED ME TWICE THEIR PHONES DO NOT WORK AND CLAIM IT WILL TAKE ONE MINUTE FOR A LIVE AGENT THEN AFTER 20 MINUTES IT ENDS THE CALL. THEN I LOOK AT FLEXPRO'S SITE TO TRY AND CANCEL AND GET MY REFUND AND THEY DONT HAVE ANY WAY TO DO THAT EITHER AND TO TOP IT OFF THEIR "TEXT BASED AGENTS" DONT EVEN RESPOND AS THEY ARE PRIMARILY TEXT AND EMAIL BASED. I TRIED EMAIL AS WELL AND NO RESPONSE I NEED MONEY BACK AS THEY SCREWED UP MY FINANCES DUE TO THIS AND A WAY TO CANCEL

      Stay away! No next day delivery waited in town the order never arrived. I only tried this company because they advertised next day delivery. I travel for work with no set schedule! Not only did the food not arrive. I placed a 230.00 dollar order! Which I paid and no refund, it gets worse! They say I have to place four more orders to cancel the subscription. Stay away you will not get a live representative on the phone. Another company that wants your money with horrible service.

      I’ve been on the phone for 30 minutes with these people. 2nd in queue with an estimated wait time of 1 minute. After sitting on the call, I’m suddenly hung up on. If i have to cancel over the phone at least make it simple. Instead it seems like they’re trying to get over on you and make it difficult for you to cancel.

      Impossible to cancel online and seemingly impossible to cancel over the phone / email. They force you to call a number to cancel, did that 5 times over the course of day, waiting on hold each time, only for it to automatically end the call after 20 minutes every time, even when the automated system said I was 1st in queue. Very shady. No reply to my requests to cancel via email either. Thankfully I used a my credit card's virtual card for the subscription so I can easily void that card and not get charged by them again. But had my card not had that feature, I can only imagine the amount of people that wind up getting stuck with recurring subscription charges that they literally can't stop. I would avoid this company at all costs, and that's not even to mention the relatively mediocre meal quality compared to similar services.

      Good afternoon, ZEROOO STARS! I have just recently signed up for a meal box last wednesday August 21, and paid almost $100 for my order and was told it will be here by Monday the 26th. I have checked my account and the order says still pending. I have already been charged for this order and it has not been shipped yet. I would like to cancel my current order and any future orders that the company may charge me for. With a refund to the order that I will not be receiving as well. I am very unhappy with the service I have received, and the fact that no one is available to speak to me about this situation via text or call which is suggested on your website is outrageous! It is a monday at almost 1 pm. I waited on hold for 20 minutes never connected to a person and was hung up on. I also tried the live chat and was showed to come back during business hours 7-7 IT IS MONDAY AT 1PM. I have never dealt with a meal prep company that has been this unprofessional!!!

      If I could give one star I would. I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription because the meals are NOT as depicted on the website but they make it impossible. I have emailed them, used the chat box twice, called, texted multiple times, and get NOTHING in return. The chat box said a representative would be calling me but they haven’t. And THEN I get an email saying my second box has been sent and I was charged $150. NO THANKS! I need my account cancelled and that current box refunded immediately seeing as I tried to cancel before the auto subscription went out. If I could post pictures on here I would. The box came damaged. The ice was entirely melted so I didn’t even know if the meals were safe to eat. And these meals are supposed to be $10 but are tiny— the loaded buffalo chicken that I got came with precisely 2.5 pieces of brownish cauliflower. Terrible quality. Terrible customer service. All around terrible. I would NEVER leave a review like this normally but this company is beyond sketchy and clearly from the other reviews they’re pissing a lot of people off.
