Rick M*** would not negotiate a better price on the cab I purchased recently due to the "excellent" condition the cab was stated to be in. I did send my mechanic to do a quick inspection or the truck and it did not throw any codes as expected. We purchased the truck and converted it into a Roll-off truck and within the 1st week of using it, not even 400 miles of use the truck breaks down. Over $10,000 for a new fuel pump, injectors, etc. due to their being metal debris in the fuel filter. Mind you the fuel pump on the truck looked almost brand new prior to this happening as well.. Now I am on the hook for over $5,000 in repairs because their 90 day warranty is only good for up to $5000 in repairs. WOW, I was then told, "we tried to get you to buy the extended warranty" Good luck if you do business here!Arrow Truck Sales Inc. Response

Used trucks can be expensive to own and maintain. This truck has 293,312 miles and is not covered by the manufacturer's new warranty. Breakdowns can happen at any time, and we always encourage or customers to protect their vehicles with aftermarket, extended warranties. We also do our very best to protect our customers in the first 90 days of ownership by offering our own 90-day limited warranty. We are paying $5,000.00 per our agreement to the service center to help offset your expense. Our 90-day warranty clearly states above the signature line that our maximum payout is $5,000.00. I bought my truck from Arrow Truck Sales 6 weeks ago in NJ. I picked up the truck and was told it would be detailed, but it wasn't touched. Later that day, the truck broke down 4 hours later on the NYS Thruway. Incidentally the roadside service package you sell will not tow a truck on the thruway, and I had to pay $1100 out of pocket to be towed to the Peterbilt dealership in Albany, where it sat for 5 days before it was repaired. I did call the Arrow office to let them know what happened and the repair bill was paid. They said they would send me $500 towards the tow bill which I have yet to receive. So why did the truck break down? Because the primary fuse box was so badly corroded from the windshield leaking and the windshield was never repaired, it cost me $300 to stop the leaky windshield over the last 6 weeks. On the 8th of July, I left for Illinois and made it 40 miles before the rear brake air system failed and once again left me stranded on the side of the road. When I called Arrow to have this taken care of, they only paid $500 out of $750 not to mention the week of revenue lost. One week later, On my recent trip to Illinois to pick up my trailer, the radiator ruptured, leading to significant expenses. Despite getting the radiator repaired under warranty at the Peterbilt dealership, I incurred additional costs and lost three days of revenue. I am also facing persistent dashboard light issues due to unresolved problems from the time of purchase.I'm currently facing financial difficulties due to various expenses such as deductibles, repairs, and non-covered items, as well as the loss of revenue from the 10 days my truck was out of service for repairs. I have scheduled an appointment with a law firm to explore my options for seeking a refund for the defective truck, returning the vehicle, and potentially filing for bankruptcy for my business. I'm absolutely devastated that after 15 years of saving up to buy a truck, this is the outcome.Arrow Truck Sales Inc. Response

i bought truck from arrow truck sale cause my best friend recommended but i guess i should have known better after i took possession of truck i find out that they do not do good dot my front steer brakes and drums were lower then minimum dot specification so they changed my front drum not my brakes pad and i am still having problem now while i was driving my driver seat frame came off due to frame broke off from two places i was lucky that seat belt hold me tight otherwise it will be big accident and lots people get hurt i could have died when i am calling them they ignored my phone calls and shook there hand off so i am telling everyone not buy any off there truck they are not road worthy please read all the google reviews and bbb reviews before u make move and check there truck closelyArrow Truck Sales Inc. The truck was delivered to me with many faults. After the road test with the truck, they told me that they took the truck to service for 1 week, but they did nothing. They told me that they would cover all the defects when I came back to NJ. When I took the truck to them, they asked why I came after 1.5 months and did not cover anything. I was told that the vehicle was expertized, but it was determined by me that the truck was previously damaged from the front side and repaired. I cannot recommend it to anyone, don't throw your money away.Arrow Truck Sales Inc. Response

I bought my truck Jan 26th 2024 from Kansas City location although it ended being delivered from the Cincinnati location to my location in OKC. A nice looking 2017 Volvo VNL. Anyhow Upon delivery fault lights were on and they raised hell about fixing it. The manager in OKC just reset it and when I attempted to visit my corporate office in Alabama to put the truck on fleet with my job… on my second day of driving the truck… the light popped back on . I decided to stop by Volvo shop in Montgomery Alabama before registering it in my name. They checked the truck throughly and found that the wheel was about to come off of the truck. They were amazed that I made it there alive. Also there is also thousands of dollars worth of other problems.One of the mechanics there put the truck out of commission and sent me away. I had to fly home on my own expense. My salesperson worked with me throughout the process but however he is now on vacation. He was gonna see the process all the way through but it was not fixed in time so he left the information with the front desk lady who really do not know much about my issue. It’s now March 20th and Volvo shop say the truck is fixed and ready to go. NTP-warranty approved their portion of the bill in which I really appreciate…but Arrow is acting like they don’t know what to do with the other part of the bill although they told Volvo to fix the truck and they would pay for it. So now i’m at a stand still. Haven’t worked in a month. Truck payment is coming due. Down payment is in Arrows account and they have now started to ignore my phone calls and talk crazy to me. My salesman Jason is on vacation ( he is very kind and helpful and i wish he could help me right now) I’ve been patient enough Volvo states that the DOT inspection was falsified and could’ve very well costed me my life. Power steering could have caused a fire. This is ridiculous I want a refund for everything Work missed, plane ticket, motel, Diesel fillup and allArrow Truck Sales Inc. Response

If I could leave less then 1 star I would. This was my second time purchasing a truck, I got a 2018 Kenworth from ***********************. I got the *** inspection back that it was good to go, so I wired the payment. Flew my driver in to ATL to pick up the truck and get to his first load. When he got there the windows didn't roll down and the Air didn't work. He was not going to take the truck off the lot with no airflow and way to defog the windows. I called **** and he assured me they would get it taken care of. meanwhile I had to put my driver up in a hotel and pay him while the truck was getting fixed. This lasted 3 weeks, with every few days him telling me the truck would be ready the next day. He also assured me they would be reimbursing me for the hotels, per diem, driver pay and other associated costs. When asked for the tracking number for the parts he didn't respond. Then when asked where the physical location of the truck was he didn't know. Finally got his boss to say they would buy the truck back. It took them 6 weeks to finally send me my money back for the truck and only gave me a small part of the driver costs. Meanwhile I lost the driver and had to pay on the truck that never left the lot. That was March and I believe the truck is still broken down and they are trying to sell it still. I would not suggest you use this company. They don't care about the owners or the quality of their trucks. The first dealer I used was Premier and they were outstanding.Review from Derrick K.

worst place in ******* to buy a truck from. I had the worst experience with this company. I bought a 2017 T-680 9/2/2021 i made a hefty down payment thinking this truck would Help me get on my feet.Upon driving this truck back from Arrow Truck SalesJacksonville ******* site to ********** ** where I live the check engine light came on. This truck stayed in the shop for over 45 days.Tried contacting Dusty and ***** they never returned my email or text.3 months later no tags.
