He put a deck on my house back in June 2021. The deck was completed, but there are loose parts on the deck that he said he would come and repair. I have tried to reach him. I put down $7300 on a kitchen remodel. He was supposed to start it in July. It's never been started. I paid via cash and I have a receipt in the form of a job proposal. I did meet with him once and he said he was going to bring me back my money, but when he came, he wanted the receipt first, but he didn't have any money. I didn't give him the receipt. I have called him frequently, he said he would be by with the money but he never showed.Business response

May 2021, I hired this company to redo my deck, they were paid in full $7600.00 and now January 2022 and the job is still not complete. They never completed the gate, a post, the post end caps or the stairs. I have received nothing but a run around from this company for months. I no longer trust this company or their promises.Business response

Initially I reached out to this business around June to do stain and seal work. A rep from the business came and gave an estimate. A few weeks later I notified him I wanted to do business. August 10, 2021 he came back and wrote up an agreement to power wash, stain, and seal my deck and rear fence. We agreed upon a price of $1200 for the work performed and I gave him $600/half at signing. The nature of my dispute is the business made an agreement to do a job and never showed up to perform that job. I’ve been calling the business every two weeks since signing and at first was receiving an answer and was told the following week that the business would be to my house, no one showed up. This happened 3-4 times. No the business won’t even return my messages or answer the phone. This business has not attempted to resolve the issue and this is unacceptable business practices. I need a refund.
