This business sold me a faulty keyless entry remote for my truck and refused to refund my money. He hung up on me when I tried to arrange the return then stopped answering my calls. I had informed him there was an issue with the remote about 3 weeks after purchase on October 17th. He agreed if the issue continued, he would refund my money. The following month it failed again, and I told him I wanted a refund when he was once again was trying to make a usable key for my truck. When he finished making the key, he just replaced the battery and gave it back. The next time I used the remote it was dead again. That is when he hung up on me and stopped taking my calls when I tried again to get him to honor the refund he agreed to in October.Business response

I replaced the battery and also gave the customer a key for free to his vehicle. I never said I would give him a refund.Customer response

He did agree when he responded with "yes sir" when I told him "if this thing is going to eat a battery per month I don't want it".
