      Buyer beware at this place, especially if you're a lady. They told me I was a difficult customer. They can even call me Karen for questioning their business practices. So, let's just lay out the facts. 1. They don't negotiate. At all. That's easier to do when the sales manager wont even introduce himself so he doesn't have to look you in the eye. 2. They won't do anything they say they'll do. We showed up and the things we asked for weren't addressed, even when written into the contract. The car was filthy and the battery wasn't even attached to the frame. The brackets were still sitting in the back seat and it was just hanging there. I noticed other issues and they dismissed them cuz I'm a girl. 3. They'll have you jumping through so many hoops, their requirements just turn into lies. They constantly said one thing then changed their minds and said they suddenly couldn't. Hardest transaction ever, and I was paying cash! 4. They charge almost $600 for the admin fee cuz "all the other dealers do". They do not. In fact, all the documents are put onto a thumb drive. So, the only one processing documentation is YOU when you have to print everything off yourself for the DMV. We walked away. Worst experience ever.

      I will never do business with this dealership again. Bought a used truck from them, they hadn’t fully serviced this vehicle supposably waiting on parts. We paid for this vehicle in full. They have our money and a week later still no truck to drive. We didn’t buy a truck just for it to sit in there service area. Parts needed were available at any of there other dealerships or any auto parts store. It’s just one excuse after another. Waiting on parts, got parts will be installed soon, and I could go on and on. Poor business practices.

      Service dept has given us the run around since we bought our truck, things needed to be ordered I get that but to call up there for service that does not require back ordered parts and not get any response, or sit on hold till you are pushed to someone's voice-mail to not have that person call you back. Our original tech must be super busy because I have never talked to him and he won't call back. The service manager had us come up there for service and didn't even make sure there was a diesel tech there. I mean wtf! Never buying anything from this place again! I would've left zero stars but that is not an option.*****UPDATE*** As of 02/26/24 Another dealership looked up the part we have been waiting for (Back ordered) and found 5 in their warehouse!!!! Called again and NOBODY Calls back!!! Roquee (Rokee, first service advisor that never called back), Dustin the Service Dept. manager, Lindsey Service manager, If you call their number there is an option to leave the GM a voicemail but guess what that goes to Tyler in sales VM. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!

      This business takes advantage of women customers that are completely reliant on their services, advice and acknowledging fault of improper vehicle repairs. The service manager Lindsay Capra is not professional to where she tried to bribe me to change the email survey review, I left due to this occurrence before they could put the rear axle plate back on my jeep they forgot to install before giving it back to me! Kelly H***** was in the background telling her what to say and promised a refund for this mishap but after 5 days of this review there hasn't been a response, follow up or rear axle plate install.
