I made a purchase for $71.50 on August 29th 2023. By October 4th I had still not received the item I ordered and contacted the business. They stated they would initiate a refund within a week. I contacted them again 10 days later on October 15th, and it was stated they would initiate a refund. I have contacted them several times asking for my refund and the last contact was Nov. 2nd, 2023 stating they were still working on my refund. I have reached out again and there is now no response.Initial Complaint

I purchased $174.00 worth of shirts/sweatshirts from phat in February 9th and I have yet to receive them or a refund and I can't get anyone to respond to me about themInitial Complaint

Ordered with PHAT Clothing + Accessories on 01/10/22 - a total of 16 sweatshirts spending a total of $387.00. First message checking on the order was 02/03, was informed they were in production. Checked again 02/11 and they were still in production. 03/02 I was told something shipped. My comment was removed from their FB group inquiring about my order on 03/02. I received less than HALF of the order on 03/04/22. 3/10 I messaged checking on the remaining sweatshirts I had yet to receive, I was told they were in stock and going through production. 03/18/22 messaged again, no response. 03/21 messaged again, no response. 03/25 messaged again, no response. 03/26 sent 3 messages, they were then read. I messaged the owner ******** ****** & asked for a refund, she told me she would send the refund on 03/26/22. I asked for confirmation of the refund and was never sent one. My message was read. I have disputed with my bank for the transaction and I informed her I would be filing a complaint with the BBB. There are dozens, if not hundreds of boutiques that she is selling wholesale to that are being ignored or scammed by her.Business response

Buyer received order minus the sizes that were back ordered. Customer was noted of this information that (7) size larges will be shipping separately. The customer then opened a case VIA Square for reimbursement of the remaining 7. PHAT approved the case for the customer to be reimbursed. It can take up to 90 days for Square/Customers Bank to release the funds. PHAT cannot do anything more at this time as we released her funds accordingly for the remaining (7) size L sweatshirts.
