      Aegis home warranty. I signed up for the home warranty in May & canceled in Aug bc the *** was overcharging me. I paid Argis total of $620.01. I received a check back for $258.41. Aegis kept $361.60. I tried calling their business number. Their phone rings on ring & disconnects. I would appreciate any help to get my money back. Is Aegis out of business in MO.

      Amazing to work with for claims. Understanding what the difference between home warranty and home owners insurance is helpful when filing a claim and the customer service reps could use a little more help in that, but all in all, great experience.

      This is the most ridiculous home warranty I have ever seen. If I could use zero stars I would. I have talked to attorneys and insurance agents and no one has ever heard of you not paying for damage due to water. You claimed that there was a flood, and you claim you dont pay for water from a Leak. My policy says you do when I spoke with you which was about 10 or 15 times. You said that my home was insured under a trailer or section 5 housing. I live in a gated community and my house appraises for over *******. My credit has nothing late and no negative points against it which you claimed it did. I will definitely be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and my agents attorney will be in touch to make sure that my services are rendered in a timely and complete manner

      Bottom Line: I want Aegis to return my parents' money and I want Aegis to NEVER contact my parents again.Background. Over the course of many years, Aegis has used telemarking to contact my elderly parents to begin a home warranty plan. I believe the first time was in 2017-2018, the second was this year (2022). During the initial engagement, I contacted Aegis to inform them of my parents' health and asked that they cancel the plan and never contact my parents again, as they did not need their services. I only learned that Aegis and their partner ******* had contacted my parents in 2022 after my folks received a call from a self described Aegis agent (***************) several months ago.I was able to reach PayLink and their representative stopped automatic withdrawals from my folks' account. Reaching ********************** is extremely difficult! Your website doesn't allow for customer engagement, just sales. I've left several voicemails for ***************, which he hasn't returned. When I call Aegis customer service directly, I usually told I've contacted the "sales" department and am sent to another queue, where shortly thereafter I receive a message that you are either closed or have a high call volume so I need to call back later. I finally went to my parents' bank to block any future Aegis withdrawal attempts.STOP TARGETING THE ELDERLY! You are no better than those overseas scammers!I WANT ALL OF MY PARENTS' MONEY BACK. I WANT YOU TO NEVER CONTACT THEM AGAIN!

      I have been dealing with an issue with them for 6 months. Fault was due to their moving and the ***** I called countless times and never once was treated poorly. Everyone in customer service was attentive and willing to assist. I ended up asking for ***** after serveral calls just to not have to repeat my whole story. She was so kind, respectful and empathetic. If she said she would call me back, she did. I give her nothing but praise for doing an excellent job. Thanks to you all and especially, *****.

      This company sends me insurance offers all the time. I usually just shred them. I would return to sender, but the return address spot is boldly marked, Personal and Confidential. The letter received today states who my lender is and that my home warranty which I never had is expiring. By my name on the letter, is marked "To The Order Of" like it is a check. Call Immediately and Final Attempt is in bold to show urgency. Nowhere on the letter does it mention the company's full name or address or anything about them. There is also no website listed to visit. I did call this company today to have my name and address removed, but after a long wait on hold I got a long story about how the representative can see that I do not have home insurance, which is false. I have zero confidence that my name and address will be removed from their mailing list. BEWARE AS THIS DOES NOT SEEM TO BE A LEGITIMATE COMPANY AND OPERATES ON SCARE TACTICS!!!

      It's pretty terrible when the only way you can conduct business is by mimicking a legal document and using scare tactics to fool people into calling you. We have home insurance in good standing with another company, yet "immediate response" is requested on what may be their "final notice". Yeah AWG, we HAVE NOT CONTACTED YOU and we WILL NOT. Additionally, we hope that you WILL NOT CONTACT us. Since that was so important to bold and caps on your scam notice.Please provide a star rating? I have to choose at least 1 star? More than they deserve, but okay.

      I receive a letter from this company at least twice a month, always in an envelope marked "Personal and Confidential" which means I cannot **** it "return to sender" . I have called them and requested they remove me as I already have a home warranty through another company. Doesn't work.I would NEVER buy a home warranty from a "company" who sends letters with no return address and continue to bother me.

We see that you spoke with one of our representatives on March 16th, 2022 and were updated to our internal Take Me Off the List status to ensure you do not receive future advertisements from Aegis Home Warranty (AWG). We take all feedback seriously and would like to take this chance to address your concerns. We are showing you have been mailed (3) letter in total between January 2021 and February 2022 from Aegis. As weve mentioned weve updated our internal records so that you no longer receive our advertisements. We are glad to hear you have Home Coverage on your major systems and appliances, albeit with another company, as we feel all homeowners should have coverage. Lastly, many Home Coverage providers use a similar advertisement letter. We believe you have received several advertisements from different companies. We cannot control the mailings of other companies but can confirm our letters all contain Aegis or AWG Home Warranty Division on the mailers. We wish you the best of luck with your current Home Coverage and apologize for an inconvenience.
