*May, 10,2023 paid for the transaction * $60.00 paid to the business for transaction *Custom tumbler was to be provided with the correct spelling of names and receive the product before mothers day *The nature of the dispute is I received a cup that the spelling wasn't correct *The business at first acknowledged the error but still have not received the corrected product as of June 4, 2023 and the business has stopped responding to any updates on my product I paid for. *I****** ****** ******Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I Did receive the cup with the correct spellings as of 6/6/2023 in the evening but not the refund as of yet.
