This company stained my house the wrong color. I ordered Sequoia stain 1 month in advance. I was outside when they started staining, I noticed that the stain was very dark. I told crew leader **** that stain is too dark. He said “it looks dark because the sun is hitting it.” I said “that is not Sequioa.” He assured me it was. I called project manager ******, no answer. I emailed ******, no response. After the project was finished, it still looked too dark. When I started cleaning up, I found empty “Mahogany” tint tubes in my garbage can. They stained my house Mahogany, not Sequoia. **** and his crew were reckless, sloppy and ignored me when I pointed out mistakes. They sprayed stain on my copper gutters, they sprayed stain on my vintage roof flashing. They switched out cedar boards with pine boards. The stain “at best” is thin, blotchy, or missing and still tacky a week later. There is noticeable overspray on my agate porch. They didn’t cover my basement windows with plastic, sand & water got into my basement. They trampled my plants. They ripped my clematis plant out of the ground and left it to die. They stole electricity from me, plugging in crock pots and electric grills to cook food. They filled my trash with food scraps, there were maggots everywhere. They flicked cigarette butts all over my property didn't pick them up. They left behind food wrappers, empty drink bottles, screws, nails. My car tire pickup a screw & went flat. My house doesn’t look very good. I have been cleaning up for a week now. I need to hire someone else to fix things, I complained to ****** several times, he wants to send the crew back & fix the problems. He said “teach the crew a lesson.” I told ******, I don’t want the crew back. “When some one shows you who they are; believe them.” Why would I want them back? They ruined my home. This project was $30,000. I asked ****** for ten percent back $3000 so I can hire someone else to fix some of the problems. He said "no."Business response

I am sorry to hear about the concerns you had with your project. Home renovation projects typically come with issues that need to be communicated and addressed to ensure homeowner satisfaction. We understand when working on our customer’s homes that it is a very intimate process that can create inconveniences that we work hard to mitigate. That said, we would love the opportunity to fully address all your concerns and have offered to come back onsite to perform any needed clean-up or touch-ups needed.
While onsite at your home, we worked with you and your partner closely to ensure you were satisfied with the color and final outcome of your project. We put up several samples of stain colors and your partner approved the color that was ultimately put on the home. Additionally, as part of our quality control process, we are in frequent communication with our customers and at the end of every project, we ask each customer to complete a quality performance checklist before we leave to prevent any dissatisfaction and to make sure our customers are satisfied. The attached quality card that was returned from your partner demonstrated that our crew met all expectations and scored the highest rankings possible.
We recognize that expectations from partners can vary, though, which is why we offered to come back to your home to ensure we meet your expectations as well. If it is preferable to you, we are happy to send out an alternative crew.
While I realize this may not fully repair your perception of our company, I do hope you see that we are committed to trying to make this right. Our customer satisfaction means the world to us and we’d be very grateful for the opportunity to address your concerns.

There is no way in "****" that I would let 888logguys touch my house again. No way! This is a very bad business. After all the mistakes that they made, I feel that I am owed a ten percent refund but I don't think I am going to get a refund from them. Mostly, I hope that the Better Business Bureau will keep my negative review onsite so the next person is more informed than I was.
