      I mailed a letter on January 18, 2024 requesting that my service be cancelled and mailed a check which has cleared my bank for the partial quarter monitoring up to the date of cancellation. Prior to mailing the letter, I attempted to contact the business on multiple times. All phone calls to any phone number listed for this business go to a third party monitoring service and I was disconnected when I was transferred from the third party monitoring service to ET Secuirty and Fire. I attempted to contact this business again in March and June and was also informed by the third party monitoring service in March and June ******************************************************************************** my home address where the service was being provided. I am continuing to receive quarterly monitoring invoices from this company for a service that is not being provided and I am unable to contact them to resolve this issue because the phone numbers listed on the invoice are a third party monitoring service and I am disconnected when they attempt to transfer me to ET Security and Fire. Thus, I have no way to speak to a representative of this business to resolve this matter.

      All calls for customers not in the monitoring database come directly to me, I am not sure why this did not happen.

      I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:  I would like the business owner to confirm that I will not receive further invoices for security monitoring and all invoices that I have received since the cancellation date that I stated in my letter of January 18, 2024 of January 31, 2024 will be voided.

      I have been trying to contact this business to cancel their service. They send me bills with the following phone numbers ************ and ************. These phone numbers are for a third party monitoring service. When I explain my situation to the monitoring service they say they attempt to redirect my call to ET Security and Fire. Then the call is either dropped or redirected back to the monitoring service. The last time I attempted to contact them the monitoring service said they had the a separate number associated with the business but I could not have the number and I could only be transferred to leave a message. When I was transferred the call was dropped. The website has the same contact information listed on the bills. The Inquiry Form on their website does not work. The Online Bill *** function on their website does not work.
