We went in to Subway and ordered our food. We arrived at 8:26 pm. They did not smile or say hello. In fact, we received a dirty look. They told us we only have 20 minutes before we close. They took the tea away after we got our first servings. Later, she told us we only had 10 minutes left before the store closes. We did not have enough time to finish our meal so we took what we had left to eat and took it with us. I called to talk to management the next day. There was never an apology, but only excuses for the way the employee treated us. I want the owner to call us. The owner should know how the employees are treating customers.Business response

I apologized to her when I spoke to the customer, and I informed the customer that I would speak to the girls about their customer service skills.
