      A contract was signed with Andres on 1/11/23. A few months later I contacted the facility to inform them that the date that was originally booked (7/7/24, for wedding) we would need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. The company coordinator *** explained that she would provide this information to the ******************* and give me an answer. A few days later I received a letter in the mail stating that my fianc and I could not cancel or we would lose our deposit of *******. I then told *** to keep the date on the books and I would have to figure out a new date. In the contract it states that we were able to reschedule if needed. After speaking with The General Manager **** and *** this became very difficult and hard to do business with Andres. We werent allowed to reschedule because we were taking too long to provide a new date per the Coordinator. I also have emails and text message conversations between the three of us in regards to rescheduling and not losing our deposit. This company didnt want to accommodate us as we tried to do business with them for our special day.

      My wife (*******************************) and I (*************************) recently used Andres' Banquet Facilities to provide wedding and reception services for our wedding dated October 2nd 2022. I decided to use Andre's Banquet Facilities to provide tuxedo rentals for the groomsmen and myself as well. Two weeks before the weeding the groomsmen and I had to be fitted for our tuxedos. We all got fitted in time to be able to get the tuxes delivered on time for the wedding. *************************, the sales coordinator, who serviced us throughout the process, took the measurements for the tuxedos. The tuxes were scheduled to be picked up from the venue located at ******************* Wednesday Sept. 28th 2022. Our rehearsal for the wedding was scheduled on that same day. Therefore we were unable to try on the tuxes to verify fit. I personally had to pick up the tuxes before the rehearsal and then go to the venue to meet with my wife and the wedding party. After giving the groomsmen their tuxes at rehearsal, the following day, all groomsmen stated the tuxedo did not fit and they were not satisfied with how they looked including myself. I asked ***** several times during the process if the tuxes were "slim fit" to provide the look I intended, She stated yes. The tuxes were extremely baggy and miss measured. My wife and I were disappointed, stressed and pressed for time. Although ***** was a great help, I feel she rushed the whole process causing miss measurements and improper fitting. Also the style of the tuxes were not what I expected. I contacted ***** about the problem and due to the very time sensitive matter, I told her I would have to return the tuxes and use another vendor. She then told me I would still be charged ($900) even if I didn't use the tuxedos, which I feel was unfair. I retrieved all tuxes from the groomsmen and returned them to Andres' at ******************* Saturday Oct 1st 2022.
