1. Our microwave stopped working while cooking Christmas dinner.2. I purchased a microwave replacement part on 28DEC23.3. The part arrived in a small plastic bag in a padded envelop, and I tested the part to make sure it worked. The part seemed inoperable. I tried to call the seller without luck, due to holiday schedule. 4. I finally got ahold of the seller on 03JAN24, who advised me on another way to test the part. The part functioned, but in the couple days that had passed, I realized I didn't actually need the part.5. On the receipt it states:Return Policy: All returned items must be accompanied with a *** form and be in 'Resalable Condition' (no used/installed and original packaging required). Items may be returned within 30 days from the invoice date for full credit; any returns between ***** days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No credit will be given after 45 days. All Core Returns have 6 months from invoice for full credit. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and the consumer will be responsible for the cost of their own returns. Please contact our *************************** ************ to obtain a *** form. Thank you for your order.6. I called the seller on 05JAN24 for the *** form and she told me for a refund, the part cannot be opened because they cannot resell it. I indicated that their return policy doesn't state that "it cannot be opened", I have all the original packaging, and it was not used. I also asked if there was any way to return this or if I am basically losing $58.28. She said there is nothing she can do.7. This business does not comply with its return policy.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference tocomplaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I haven't received an email from the business yet, but I don't know if they are awaiting me to complete this BBB action so responding here.

I called this company to order 5 replacement knobs for my Samsung stove. I was told by the rep that they come in a package of 5 for $185.36 including shipping and handling. I received 1 knob in mail. I called and I was told that that's the price of the one knob. I ordered a package of five. I bought all knobs from Amazon for $48. I returned the Knob and I have not receive my credit from return. These people are sheisters.Business response

We sent Mrs. ****** a return authorization form. She has never returned the form or part to us to this date. We need for her to return the part and we will issue her a credit for what she paid.Customer response

I returned the 1 knob I received on 12/15/23 by certified mail to:Return Express ** ********** **** *** ******* ** *****. Tracking #**********************. It was received at the above address on 12/20/23. For whatever reason I did not receive back the return receipt (green card) I have all documents in my possession. If you provide me with an address I will make copies and mail them to you. Thank you for your time and consideration. ******* ******

Credit was issues to her credit card $162.88. The credit process typically takes the bank 3-5 business days to apply the refund for use on your debit/credit card from the date the credit was issued.Initial Complaint

I am rejecting this response because:
You can't breach a contract simply because you are not making the profit that you hoped.When you operate a monopoly in a region, there are rules one must follow.
I have monetary damages from not being about to purchase as per our agreement.

I ordered part. Agitator slightly moved, did not wash clothes, I put a used part in washer. It is still working. I called them. They said I installed part. They would not refund. My washer was not working for months.Business response
