On December 12, 2023, *********************** was paid $160 cash in exchange for services of two sessions of permanent lip blush. The first session was completed on December 12, 2023 and an appointment for the second session was scheduled for February 6, 2024. I tipped her an additional $40 cash. I had gotten sick with the flu and did not want to get her sick so I texted ****** on February 5, 2024 that I needed to reschedule she texted back Hello ********, I was just getting ready to text you! Lol that is just fine. Hope you get better on February 5, 2024 at 08:32am. That was ******* last response, and she has not responded back to any text message, phone calls, voicemails, and any social media on her ******** business account and her Instagram business account. I have reached out to ***********************, whom she used to rent a room at his spa to do her business on February 20, 2024, in which he texted back that ****** had moved out of his office end of December 2023 & he does not know where she went. I had asked him to help me reach out to her because i was having a hard time reaching her. On February 22, 2024, *** text me back stating she finally responded and that she would take care of it. To date, I have still not heard from ***********************. After talking with ***, I learned that she may also go buy another alias ***********************.Customer response
