      Just Hawgz put new front and back tires on my motorcycle just before I went on a 5 day ride in the hills of ******** about 2-3 weeks ago. Long story short, they put my rear wheel back on incorrectly. In the middle of the ride I was hearing a rubbing noise and then lots of metal banging noises started. I slowed down to try to hear where the noise was coming from, and my motorcycle began wobbling. I obviously stopped and had to call a flatbed truck, because it was incredibly unsafe to continue to ride through the twisty turns of ********. I had it taken to the closest Harley ******* where the tech indicated the wheel was put back together incorrectly. The tech there told me I was lucky and I should buy a lottery ticket. I could have been killed. I have a receipt from that Harley ****** indicating the wheel was put back together incorrectly and explaining how that caused the problem. I also have pictures showing the damage to the internals of the wheel and axle. My real problem is the owner of Just Hawgz total disregard. I called and told him about it when I got back into town and he got immediately defensive. Then I went in there with the pictures I have and my receipt and he got defensive again and began swearing at me. The correct response in that instance would have been something like Im sorry that happened to you. Sit down and lets discuss it. But instead, he puts my life in danger and then has the audacity to cuss at me. He had no regard for my safety or acknowledgement of his negligence. I expect reimbursement for all of my expenses, including the new wheel yet to be obtained and installed, and acknowledgement that their shop was negligent. I also want their technicians to be retrained on how to install a rear wheel, at least on a 2018 Harley ********* Honestly, they shouldnt be allowed to continue to operate when their negligence puts people in that kind of danger. They need to acknowledge it and fix it or go out of business,

      I have a 2004 soft tail standard Harley Davidson. On 4/19/23 I had AAA pick the bike up and take it to the shop because it wouldn't accelerate. 2 days later the owner confirmed the issue was with the rocker and I also took a look myself. My bike was there for a month before they attempted to fix it. Throughout the time my bike was at their shop they also said I needed unnecessary work done. They said the valve was cracked, they took the cylinder off, and took the chrome cover off the cam box. After they said I needed this additional work I told them to put my bike back together and I would take it somewhere else. When I received the bike back a lot of things were loose and the oil was drained.

      Customer authorized all the work done on the motor cycle.  Customer did not want to wait his turn.  I did not charge the customer a dime for any of the work that was done.  I was only trying to help the customer and work him in between other jobs.
