****, the owner, at Kotty Siding and Windows is wonderful to work with and is always responsive. We do most of our own home remodeling work because I am usually disappointed with the responsiveness and quality of work from others. We had Kotty install siding for us in early 2021 and were so pleased with the quality of work that I saved his information. Glad I did as we called **** again to have a new front door installed this week (Jan ****). Quality of work was again exceptional. ****** guys are the best in the business. Happy to have found my go to contractor. If you hire Kotty you won't be disappointed.Review from Mary M

This is the second time we have used Kotty for siding on our house. The facia needed replacing and the original manufacturer was out of business. The owner did an excellent job of finding new facia that would look good with what we currently had. Excellent communication, they are easy to work with and very flexible with scheduling. Kotty Siding and Windows has made me a very happy man. This has been their 3rd trip here. First trip 4 windows, 2nd trip 4 more windows and this last trip replacing the real problem window in the upstairs *****. ****** i ************************* is second to none. All of the installs were much much better than I had imagined. So happy and so relieved. Excited to see a difference in my heat bills too. Kotty Siding did some work on my parents house a couple of weeks ago after some siding came off their house due to a rain and wind storm. Kotty Siding did a great job. **** (the owner) was very responsive and quick with a very reasonable quote. The work was done professionally, and with great care. Would recommend them to anyone for siding work.

We are very pleased with the windows and the installation work. Highly professional work they do! The options, costs, estimated delivery time, everything was communicated clearly, and it was a great experience. We just needed someone to install exterior shutters that we had purchased online, as the windows were hard to reach. Kotty was almost the only one willing to take the job, and their rate was the most reasonable by far. They came out when they said they would and attached the shutters with care. After they left, I noticed they actually forgot to install one of the bolts (which are hard to see, to be fair), but they came back swiftly after I called and took care of it. Polite and professional, I would definitely call them again.Review from Kim R

We had a small job of replacing two wood windows that had rotted out and we couldn't be happier with the result and we oh it all to **** with *****. His professionalism and communication as well as connections with top notch installers saw us through. The supply chain issues delayed the project several times but this was to be expected. **** persisted with communicating with the installers and with us the whole way through and I could not have asked for a better experience or result. I filed a claim with the warranty holder for my windows and was mailed some replacement parts (balance and balance shoes). Unlike previous claims, the new warranty holder was not going to provide an installation technician; and instead sent instructions, which were a bit too much for the average homeowner. So, I contacted several local window companies. Kotty Siding & windows was the first company I reached out to and they responded the same day. Arrangements were made for the repair to be done within a week. They arrived on-time and the work was done with skill and efficiency. We checked my other windows and found that several more balance shoes were broken. After I received those additional parts, I reached back out to Kotty and they were again installed within a week. I'm very pleased with the response and service Kotty Siding & Windows provided. The other companies I contacted were either unwilling to perform this work or didn't respond.Kotty Siding & Windows Response
