I bought a used fridge from this company on November 26th 2023 and it started leaking after 5 weeks. I contacted them and they told me to come in and pick one for replacement since 2 month warranty still covered it. We went on Jan 4th and it was to be deliver on the 6th (it snow ***** bad and he asked if it was ok to be delivered by the 8th, which I agreed to. Ever since then, I`ve text/call and they keep saying they`ll bring it or make excuses. The fridge is leaving to the point were we have to dry floor multiple times a day. He won`t refund and keeps missing every deadline he tells me to and begged not to contact anyone when I warned that I was to the point of filing a complaint. NInitial Complaint

I purchased a used dryer from them in May 2023. A couple months later the dryer stopped working and they came and replaced it. I had a lot of respect for them at this time because it was an HVAC issue that caused damage to the dryer but they replaced it anyway. The first dryer would not heat at all and it took multiple calls and a week to have someone come and look at it. Then another week to replace it. That dryer lasted about three weeks before it died and it took about another week to get another one. That one lasted a weekend before it stopped working. I have now spent three weeks and multiple calls trying to get it replaced and I have been promised three times that a replacement is coming and three times I have taken off of work and no one showed up. Last Friday I had a guy promise that they would be there last night and I took off work early and no one showed up. They claim that they have gotten no calls or texts but I have them saved. They also told me that they were used dryers and worked in the store so too bad.Customer response

The washer I original purchased was leaking. They could not fix it but gave me a temporary one till they find a solution. They never did. They never give updates. Never follow up with the issue. And barely ever respond to phone calls or texts. I asked them for refund since they failed to meet what I purchased. And they said ok but they always cancel last minute and after that its almost impossible to get a hold of them and when I do they dont even know what Im talking about. Once I remind them they always just say they are busy and will get back to me and I never hear anything back. It was purchased in July of 2022. Its getting close to a year and this hasnt been resolved. I attached a copy of the receipt. Thank you ***Customer response
