The amount of calls I get from this company is entirely uncalled for. Does signing up on the DO NOT CALL list do nothing?? They are rude and speak down to you when you ask them questions. This feels entirely wrong to take payment from someone when you are only verifying by phone if we actually have the vehicle your providing coverage on. Insanity. I don't know how to get them to stop calling me.Initial Complaint

I get anywhere from 5 to 20 robo calls a day on all my phones including home they spoof all calls from different locations. Calls are automated with an option to talk to a live operator and it’s always the same woman and I always tell her to take me off the call list and never call again only to get a call on one of the other phones 5 minutes later with the same woman on the phone they are affecting my personal life and business. This company might use a third party business to make the initial contact so you have to act interested for them to patch you into the primary company because if you just ask the name of the company they just hang up on you only to call a few hours laterInitial Complaint

Contacted on 02/04/2022 at 1:29pm and spoke to a representative who identified herself as Desiree. The number on my caller ID reflected (**** ******** in Russell, KY. This company uses an overseas call center that repeatedly ignores U.S. laws regarding telemarketing. They spoof the phone number they’re calling from (misuse of telephone equipment is a $10,000 fine), they use an automatic dialer (another $10,000 fine for misuse of telephone equipment), and they ignore the National Do Not Call Registry (that’s a $16,000 fine). Each call they make should result in a total of $36,000 in fines, but they hide behind their overseas call centers and claim that they’re not the ones making the calls. If everyone stops doing business with these companies and holds them accountable for their shady practices, they would eventually just go away. Also if you look up reviews of their services, you’ll see that any policy you apply for will not be honored and you’ll never get what you pay for.Initial Complaint

I am and have been receiving multiple, daily calls from this company even though I am on the Do Not Call National Registry. I have spoken with supervisors multiple times with assurances they will not call me again. They continue to call almost daily. I simply want them to stop calling and trying to sell me an extended warranty for my car. They refuse to listen to me, perhaps they will listen to the BBB.Initial Complaint

I receive no less then 2 calls per day. I have asked them to stop calling. I don’t know what else to do. I have to answer the calls because I use the phone for work. Not sure if I need to complain to FTC or attorney general. They are using a 3rd party to call and spoof phone numbers.
