I just bought a brand new unit from this store and the unit is not cooling. They&#**;ve taken it 3 different times for repairs and now they&#**;re saying there&#**;s nothing more they can do. I&#**;ve tried talking to the general manager and he&#**;s never available. I am out $2,000 on this unit.Business response
