  Here in ********, **, the trash company is supposed to pick up trash in the Sunset and Magnolia area Tuesdays and Fridays. 5/20/22 the trash pickup truck arrived in the area around 1:15 am and drove in the area of Sunset and Magnolia refusing to stop and collect the trash. I am a resident in the area with camera footage showing the driver neglected to pick up trash. I called and left a voicemail and woke up a few hours later around 8:50 am to call and speak to someone directly. I called and was explaining the issue and was told the truck could not get onto the streets of Sunset and Magnolia because a Chrysler was blocking the street. Also, she told me the arm for the trash pickup was on the passenger side and he couldnt get the trash. So which one was it? That was in fact a lie. The truck drove past my home and again I have this on camera. He was able to successfully drive onto the streets as there were other residents who placed their trash onto the street as well and he neglected to pick it up. I also asked to speak to a manager to see about getting this issue resolved. I spoke to the manager and she did nothing except inform me that if he did not pick up the trash it was because he couldnt and to call the local housing authority. Very unprofessional and again it was a lie. He could have, he just chose not to. I personally am in the process of a move so not having my trash picked up on the only two scheduled days is such a huge inconvenience. Im sure I could speak for others in the neighborhood as well. Im not sure what the issue is but this has happened before where this areas trash pick up days have been neglected. The fact that now I cant use my trash dumpster to get rid of things for my move is such a huge inconvenience. I would like to have this situation handled expeditiously as it angers me that the trash guy drove into the area perfectly fine but has lied for whatever reason to not get the trash in the area. Very unprofessional and inconveniencing!
