We had them to do a patio for us on November 10 or 12, *********************************************************** it. I called ***************************, the owner, to look at it and he told me to knock down the walls of my patio and he will come and look at it. I am not going to do this. The cracks are getting bigger and getting more cracks around the perimeter. The stamp he used on the H3333313132**32313136H was the pattern he wanted to use. He was supposed to put a sealant on top of the steps and I don**;t think he did that either. I want him to repair it or I will *** him.Business response

The clients had a very hard time understanding the process of their pad. We communicated many times about how their pad would crack with the brick walls around it. The concrete has nowhere to expand and contract the walls needed to be removed. But the client didnt want the walls removed. We tried explaining that the pad will most likely crack. As for the stamp we wanted to do an Ashlar stone pattern and had agreed on it. But day of stamping the client didnt like it any more and went with heavy stone. We even spoke with the daughter of the client to try and relay the information better and clients still struggled to understand. We have spoken with the client many times about taking out the pad and replacing it but we need to take down the wall client refused. We have offered to patch the cracks as best we can but we are unable to fit them in until August. We have communicated this with the client but they are older and have a hard time understanding the process and remembering what we talked about. We do plan on patching the cracks in August.Initial Complaint

The individual submitting this complaint is not a customer, rather, but a neighbor. The picture posted is also misleading, as it is taken from a perspective that shows our customer's property, not just the neighbor's property. We scheduled the landscaping work to be completed Tuesday, October 3rd while we were in correspondence with the neighbor, however they were quite belligerent and would not accept our offer. We still have the landscaper scheduled for Tuesday, October 3rd, but will not follow through until we have a signed approval from the neighbor stating we can be on their property and complete the repair.
