I found this company through Angie**;s list and had him come out to fix my pool pump. I was quoted $400. He forgot to put the rear plate back so I reached out and was told he**;d be back the next day. 40 days went by and he never came back. I kept getting excuses as to why he couldn**;t come back out and then he told my insurance company he had already returned to put the rear plate on but I was home when he supposedly came and my cameras did not pick up anyone in my yard. The owner has cussed at me and threatened to put a lien on my house if I did not pay another $500. He has stated that I went to his son**;s school and his wife**;s job and had a heated discussion with her when I was not even aware he was married or even know his last name. I**;ve never even been to his shop. At this point I would just like the rear cover plate and I will put it on myself. I have tried purchasing it myself and was unable to as it has to be ordered by a pool contractor.Customer response

Discover just closed the case and refunded me the money. He never responded to Discover or the Mo Attorney General either.Customer response

As long as I'm not charged again for this pump I'm satisfied
