This facility and the ********* shouldn't even have a license to treat anyone as they done way more harm than good for my mental health and I was a walk in on my own patient.Review from Kelly S

Absolute scam artist, I was told my entire examination would be covered by my insurance. Afterwards I was informed that I owed over $800 for my appointment and when I looked up my bill they had charged for things that were never done and used service dates that I wasn't there for. Also ended up going to a real psychiatrist elsewhere and do not have **** as the told me. They also wanted to prescribe many medications that i did not need and was told by my current ** they were all addictive and would be problematic. Do not go here.Review from Iz R

worst group of psychiatrists I have ever dealt with! They do not care about you and they tend to make statements that are not true! I waited over 2 hrs and still nothing was done to help me! very IN personable!Review from Katrina E

They bill you very secretively, no notice and no itemization. Just a lump sum. There is a serious lack of caring about their patients. Youre herded around like cattle, and left to sit for hours in a cold waiting room. Its very hard to communicate with them or get information out of them, and its hard to get ahold of anyone at the business. No one really seems to care about your mental health, just the money. Nobody reached out to make sure we received proper care, just a robot telling us we owed money.Review from Cole B

I needed my refill for my medicine for bipolar disorder. I called them to make sure they were sending in my prescription since it was an Friday and they said they would have to check on it and would call me back. NO CALL BACK. Medicine wasnt sent in so went over the weekend having to completely cold turkey my medicine for 3 days. Called today (Monday) and they said they saw my psychiatrist forgot to sign off on it so theyd send it to her and call me right back. After no response for 2 hours I called them back and they said she was at lunch but shed be back in 15 minutes and they would notify her immediately. I told them it was an emergency because at this point I was having side effects from going without it. They called back over 2 hours later saying she signed the medication. Whew, finally. Well..I go to ********* after work and guess what..THEY NEVER SENT IT IN. Even after finally calling me back and saying they did. If youre gonna take care of people who need medicine for mental health you need to be on top of things. Especially after telling the company it is a EMERGENCY and then have this done to you? I just got out of the hospital for being suicidal and then having no respect or care in the world from the place thats supposed to help me get better? Im extremely angry and disappointed in this facility. Do better.Review from Myra G

I am literally still sitting in the parking lot shaking after the Medical Director raised his *********** for asking clarifying questions about why he was refusing to refill a medication I have been on for over 5 years. He refused to provide me with documentation as to why he was denying me my medication and stormed out of the room. I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect by a medical profession and I am waiting on a call back to file a formal complaint with the *****************.Review from Michelle P

I am so happy I reached out to this clinic for help! I was in a very serious crisis, and EVERYONE treated me with empathy, kindness and respect. I almost didn't go because of the reviews, but I am so glad I did. They listened carefully, treated me with respect, and I would recommend to anyone, family, friends to come here! The Dr. was very kind and sympathetic to my needs. A very satisfied customer for life. I can see why he is 417 Top Doctor 100%.Review from Amanda R

The staff at Eustasis has always been very helpful, attentive, & kind. They address any concerns I have regarding my mental health &/or medications in a thoughtful, responsible manner. The staff that I see for my med check appointments are patient & attentive. They never make me feel bad for asking questions. I have never had an issue with insurance, billing, making appointments, rescheduling, etc. I am very grateful for the services they provide. The community is a better place for having this facility & these providers available to everyone.Review from Jennifer B

This facility is a TRAIN WRECK. Arrived for a scheduled appointment 20 minutes ahead of time, as requested, and completed the on-line intake form to update their system a day prior, also as requested. Because of "an unusual uptick in wealk-in patients", I was told my SCHEDULED appointment time would be delayed by "at least 2-2.5 hours". I already took a half of day off of work to make the SCHEDULED appointment time. Many of us do not have the "luxury" of time. The building is slick and sleek, with front row parking spaces for the matching his and hers luxury cars worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. These were, to me, red flags that this facility is ****** concerned with image and appearances, leading me to believe that this facility serves as a money-maker that is NOT patient centric with any continuity of care AT ALL. This was confirmed to me by some of the medical coders and billers who worked there at one time. Further validity of this was confirmed by the endless amount poster-sized photos of the founding Psychiatrist husband and wife team, seemingly flaunting their wealth and extravagant "life-style" photos throughout the entire facility. The mental health crisis is overwhelming in ***********, **. This organization is an absolute sham of a genuine mental health facility. It is a real disgrace to the community and the seemingly competent receptionists, nurses, and physicians who do NOT have their names and faces on the walls for this money-making shell. Most reviews of Eustasis average 1- 1.5 stars for a reason. Seek care anywhere else that you possibly can!!Review from CW C

Horrible, incompetent service. They were unaware of the proper techniques for withdrawal of Benzos established over 30 years ago by prominent clinics and professionals such as Dr. ********************** benzodiazepine guide, aka the Ashton ******* ***** reading this manual and realizing that the Eustasis approach was dangerous and incorrect, I successfully completed the program at home with the help of this manual and my ******* Care Physician. No withdrawal symptoms. For the record: When reducing the dosage of a pill, halve the pill along the "score" line to guarantee the 2 smaller accurate dosages. They advocated just cutting the pill in sections with a pill cutter. This has shown to be ineffective, and even dangerous in getting the proper dosage during your withdrawal schedule. if you are struggling with withdrawal from a prescription drug, ****** www.benzoinfo.com.Regarding the facility: I sent them a copy of the Manual. Hopefully, they have gleaned some much-needed info from some of the world's most successful clinical studies. You will wait a long time after your scheduled appointment to actually see a "Provider" (Not an MD.) You will read many complaints about this. I heard 6 people in the same waiting room who admitted they had no appointment but were seen ahead of me. My sincere, respectful complaint to the provider resulted in a doctor coming in and telling me off. The fact is they don't control their flow of patients very well. He was rude, unprofessional, and poorly dressed. $350.00 a visit every 2 weeks. And was told I might not ever be able to kick this 35-year addiction to this prescription drug. Wrong.Talk about vanity, they actually have a framed "************" Front Page picture of the Doctors and staff in the lobby, proclaiming them as the #1 Doctors in Springfield."417" is a pay-and-post your ad" magazine with no medical background. Eustasis is a money-grubbing, insurance-sucking sham posing as a medical service. Be very wary.
