Big M is a terrible company to work for. When people get hired they're told they will make 92 cent per mile but in reality they're only making 38 cent per mile. They make drivers pay to fix issues with their trucks out of pocket and reimburse you for it later. They also cheat people out of mileage on their pay checks. You're supposed to get paid weekly but they don't pay you for the first 2 to 3 weeks. It's a complete scam of a company. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

I dedicated 8 years of my career in the driving industry to this company. I cannot recommend this company to any driver looking for a job. Little miles and lots of sitting is what you have to look forward to. And if you want to make money this is not the place to do it.

Hello, yes I just started working at ************** Company, I say 1-2 weeks ago. So *********** doesn't have a lot of loads every single day.So where your last load drop is where you have to stay and wait to hear from the Driving Manager. So you may sat there for days especially over the weekend. Because all Driving Managers are different, on getting back with their drivers. But just one in particular, she doesn't answer your calls or text starting on Thursdays ---- Sunday. ***********************, just seems to just lie her phone down on these days. Because truck drivers need to work, and make money. So in orientation it was said if you are not pleased you can leave their truck in a safe location and if they have to pick it up they will keep your last few checks to cover the cost of picking up their truck. So This is exactly what I did. I started calling on Thursday, for a load, so I just went on and drove home. I didn't hear from this ***********************, until Monday. So then I went to apply for another job, so to my dismay ***********************, put on my 25yr. driving record abandone truck. So I have been turned down two jobs for this on my record. And so I know this is a bunch of crape and I am so so very upset. They need replace ***********************, with a reliable and dependable employee ASAP!!!!!
