I bought a 2018 Buick from the dealer. My vehicle was giving to them in August due to it running hot. They stated it was the motor and I paid for it to be replaced. I have received my vehicle back multiple occasions and still end up on the side of the road in a week broke down again! They now have had my truck for over 2 weeks and first was going to charge me for a part that was prev put on with last visits to there shop and once the truck still has not ran correctly they decided to tell me they already had the part on there and that’s not the problem. I still do not have my vehicle. No loner vehicle or anything and still no solution. I have contacted **** and no response. The mechanic advisor ******* has tried his best to help but now he stated he no longer know what more to do and the upper management has not reached out with any response yet . It is going on another month now and still I have no vehicle.Business response

The vehicle was towed into our dealership, upon receipt of this vehicle the engine had been severely damaged from overheating on several occasions. The engine was basically melted inside. **** ***** himself decided to warranty a new engine for the customer through the extended warranty company even though this was definitely due to neglect. We could not longer put her in a loaner because she smoked in our loaner and did not take care of it. She has been back in several times due to the fact that we had no idea the extent of the damage that was done before we replaced the engine. The vehicle was obviously not drivable before we put in the new engine. We have not charged her anything to fix this vehicle every time it has been back. We have gone over and beyond to help and make her happy. We have went and picked it up, we have delivered it back, we have filled it with gas. Again all issues that she has came back for were in result to her running this vehicle hot on several occasions and neglect.
