I purchased 2 Kevin Charles Ashville twin sleepers and upgraded to the foam mattresses. The chairs look great and are comfortable to sit on.....butttt both sleepers are IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP ON. They make LOUD rubbing noises, that are heard with every movement of your body. A Technician came, He heard the noise and told me that KC changed the material that holds the mattress on the frame and it rubs against the bar running across the top of the sleeper, and said NOTHING they can do. I bought 2 sleepers that cannot be slept on. A Service Agent called me to say that there is NOTHING WRONG WITH THE SLEEPERS. Normal sound. I explained to him what the tech told me and said again normal sounds. Lucky that my Husband and I knowing the cause of the horrible noises, fixed the problem by putting a piece of 1 1/2 inch foam in between the fabric and across the length of the bar, and the noise disappeared. With no help from City Furniture Service agents. If we could find a fix, they couldn't, and where not interested in trying to help. I would not buy anything from them again.Review from marlene l

After spending over $5500.00 on a Kevin Charles sofa and loveseat and only having it for under 90 days, the cushions are all sagging and losing their form. It feels like we are sitting on a sofa that is years old. Their furniture and the quality is definitely not worth the price. wish we could get our money back.Review from Kathy T

I purchased a Kevin Charles Sectional from City Furniture. At that time I also purchased the cleaning kit and warranty. I followed the instructions EXACTLY as printed on bottle. Now my secional looks horrible. Stains all on it and lots of pilling. This is a off white sectional that cost 3,000.00 and is only 1.5 years old. I will NEVER purchase Kevin Charles again! Kevin Charles Furniture services parts for Afloat Sleep Waterbeds. They were tasked with sending us replacement bladders overnight. They charged us $370 for overnight and paid Fedex for 2 day which they now claim is the same. Never mentioned it prior and I have emails to prove as well as screen shots of my tracking changing after payment! Upon opening our shipment they sent us 2 left sides and no fill seals so the parts ate useless. We needed overnight because we are leaving town for 6 weeks and our house/pet sitter cannot go upstairs. I requested a refund of the shipping charges and they refused and have not provided any proof of their payment to Fedex. They have not responded to a solution for missing and wring replacement parts.
