I bought and paid for a Gulf 18’ round steel wall pool from this company April 23, 2022. *** ***** was the sales person I dealt with day. He explained to me that they had two pool installers who worked solely for them who were very experienced and had been installing pools for Clearwater for years. ***** said the installation price would be a minimum of $1000 and would not exceed $1200 based on how much ground grading and leveling the installer had to do. I agreed to that price, but questioned ***** closely about this, explaining to him that I have had several homes built and in dealing with subcontractors then learned that they can sometimes want to charge a lot more than the quoted price. ***** assured me that he understood my point and guaranteed that I would be charged no more than $1200 for installation. He also promised that Clearwater pools would pay the installer for picking up the pool at the store in Pearl, MS and delivering to my home. ***** assured me that my pool would be installed within three to four weeks. I had to call the installer myself that afternoon and set uo up a time for installation. The installer said would be 3-4 weeks before got to me. I agreed. I waited almost 8 weeks for my installation and had not heard a word from ***** or the installer. I began contacting the installer by text and phone calls and got no response. I then contacted the pool store. ***** was not at the store so I talked to another worker there and he told me that the installer should have contacted me because he was not going to be able to install the pool due to family sickness issues. No one had contacted me! I asked for ***** to please return my call and give me an explanation of the situation and tell me when my pool would be installed. It took several calls before he finally returned my call and promised me that another installer would be at my home by June 13, 2022 to install my pool. June 13 came and went with no installation and no explanation from the installe
