I bought a motor off of them on august 5th 2024 it took 3 weeks to come to my house and when we were installing it my mechanic realized it was the wrong motor and on their website it states they have a 90 day return. I’ve contacted them several times but they keep sending me to other people and then I get left on voicemail and they never contact me back. I’ve even texted them regarding why I need to return but they don’t answer nothing.Business response

The customer purchased the engine off eBay which has a 30 day return policy. The customer didn’t install the engine until after the return window. When he installed it, he realized he had ordered the wrong item. Our 90 day return policy stands for purchases through our company directly and not third party platforms such as eBay, Amazon, or other technology platforms that market our inventory. We also gave the option for the customer to return the engine, which he refused to do since he would have to bear the cost of the return shipping. We tried to get to a resolution with our customer, but he wasn’t cooperative.
