      These people are crooks! I paid in full for my brothers headstone July 1, 2022 and was told it would be ready in about 8 months. As of today, 15 months later, still no headstone. *** asked for my money back but got assured the stone was being worked on and weeks later still no stone. Ive been there several times and nobody is ever there. I call and no one answers. When I do get someone I get the run around. At this point all I want is my money back. They need to be shut down for scamming people out of their money.

      Purchased a headstone on 12-21-2021 for the amount of $ ****** payment in full. Told that it would be 3-6 months until delivery . Time came and went no headstone was delivered. This was repeated over and over again. Very difficult to contact anyone at the business and when contacted just told it will be 3-6 months. Most recent contact I ask for a refund. They have failed to honor that request. A ****** search shows many customers with similar complaints.I would just like to receive a refund. They are apparently fulfilling some customers orders in a timely manner and stonewalling others like myself especially if paid in advance.

      January 2023 we purchased a foot stone for my brother for the sum of $600 we was told it would take 6 to 12 weeks we specifically ask them if they had it in stock they said yes all they had to do was engrave it and when it was done they would send us the confirmation email they had both of our contact emails and phone numbers 4 months passed never heard anything 5 months pass we try to contact them no luck 7 months pass we finally are able to contact them after going up there every day and calling every day to get the same excuse that they've been in the hospital the person they have running the front desk claims to not know anything about anything when you ask them what's going on they tell you to call back later or they'll be back in touch and they never do well when we finally were able to contact them they said we never confirmed the email and I was like because it was never sent and they said that we never gave them an email address which was a lie so after receiving the confirmation email finally I confirmed it I was supposed to receive the headstone a week after confirming it it's been going on 2 months now and they won't answer the phone I've sent out emails I made phone calls I've asked for a refund they said they can't give a refund because they don't ordered it which was a lie because they told us they had it in stock already. So this has been going on almost a year now

      May 12, 2023 put in order for headstone amount on credit card $374.50. Did not hear from company so we called to check and the secretary explained that we were put in line and we would receive a template to ok before it would be sent to engraver. As of June 5 we never heard or received anything. I cannot send anything on their website because nothing gets sent through. Sent an e-mail from the BBB site, don't know if they received on May 31st to cancel order. They will not answer calls and we drove to the business and it was deserted. We called our credit card on June 2 after the full charge showed up on our card, and put in a dispute for the amount of $374.50, they said they would pursue. Still on June 5 have heard nothing from the monument place. Do not want to do business with this company; too sketchy. Just want refund back to credit card

      I hired them in January 2023 to go out and add the date on my moms headstone when she died which is Dec 13 2022. I have been reaching out to them twice monthly. Last time I spoke with them was end of March and they said everything was ready they just had to go out to site and do it. It would be done the beginning of April. For the last two weeks I have been trying to call them and no one answers. Can’t leave a message. I paid them with my credit card back in January.

      My mom, **** *******, passed in February 2022. My grandfather and I purchased a stone for her that month and paid in full. We were told it would be 3-6 months. I called at the end of 6 months and was told the stone was there but had to be engraved and someone would contact me soon to confirm the design. Never heard anything. I called again in November, multiple times, and could never get anyone on the phone. I called again February of 2023, a year later, and was told the stone was coming on a truck from Georgia at the end of April. My grandfather, who lost his child, was upset my this news, so he called himself. They told him the stone would be coming on a truck at the end of February. So which is it?? It seems they are lying depending on who calls and don’t actually know when anything will be completed.

      In April 2022, we paid Picayune Momunent Co. to carve a date of death onto a tombstone. We were told that they were badly behind because of the pandemic and that it would take six months. It has still not been done. Apparently, this is a common practice with this company, and something needs to be done to protect consumers from these unscrupulous practices. What advice can you offer?

      We ordered a monument on July 2, 2021. Paid $2,835.50 in full at the time of ordering. For first six months we were told that issues with supply and sickness with Covid was causing delays, which is understandable. We were told they received the stone in November of 2021 and it would be ready by Christmas. From January 2022 to July 2022 excuses were sickness and lack of proper equipment to install headstone. In July 2022, I went to business and inspected the stone after it was engraved. Since then we have called on a weekly basis and visited the business and are continuously told it would be next week. In our opinion this business does not have the proper equipment to be selling headstones. Fourteen months and we are still waiting and getting the same excuses. Anything you can do to get our stone placed would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      I paid $2500.00 for the headstone for my husband and I in April of 2021. My husband passed away March 16,2022. Picayune monument has been telling me it will be ready “in two weeks “ for several months now. We ordered it because we knew my husband was sick. We knew what was coming. I am trying to mourn my husband of 49 years and these people can’t even allow me to bury him with dignity. Please help me get our headstone in place to respect my husband’s life.
