      I had got 2 cars from Acura of Jackson and both had mechanical issues.I purchased the first car on May 7,2022 (2019 Nissan Maxima SV 3.5L) and Sunday morning I crank the car thick white cloud smoke coming out the muffler. I record the incident that Sunday and Monday. I went talk to the sales manager but he had attitude with me say they couldn’t refund me or they couldn’t look at it or fix it I’ll have take it to Nissan myself.So I got in contact with the used dealership manager he told me take back to the dealership which I did .He called me the next day asking when I can come in so I told him I drive truck so will not be home until next weekend.When May 14,2022 came I went back which I took my brother this time.The manager told me I could not get my money back but he pull the contract so I can get another car so I chose the 2021 Chevrolet Malibu Lt and he let me test drove the car that weekend.The car had no problem so I went back May 16,2022 to sign off on and head back home to get back in truck to leave out on the load.When May 20,2022 I came home and went bought a tag.Also that day I went to Memphis came back the car started running hot.So Saturday morning I called Acura of Jackson and see can someone look at it… but told to take it to Chevrolet dealership and it was around 3pm so I waited til Monday. May 23,2022 I was taking my car to Chevrolet in Greenwood,Ms, the car ran hot and stop. So I go Acura of Jackson to see either could I get refund at this point because their used car are lemon.The used car dealership manager had a attitude like he was frustrated with me but was told to take to Chevrolet dealership.I did on May 23,2022 and currently going on two weeks since I hadn’t have a car.That same day my brother called and the manager told him,”Yeah,we could gave her down payment back and cancel the contract..but we refusing to pay loan company their money back.” I feel like this is so mess up to force me pay for something when you could have gave my money.

      After looking into this issue it has been determined that the issue with the vehicle are a result of damage to the vehicle while in Ms. ****** possession.  We have spoken to the advisor at ****** Chevrolet and we told by the dealer that it is obvious that the vehicle was damaged underneath which caused the vehicle to leak radiator fluid.  ****** Chevrolet had an inspector from Chevrolet come out to look at the vehicle and he stated that it was not warranty issue but damaged and the customers insurance would need to cover it.  If the vehicle was in this condition when Ms ****** purchased the vehicle it would have not made it out of the parking lot.
