      After providing proof of power of attorney was told to wait one week and I would be able to get information on my husbands account. Husband has suffered a stroke and is paralyzed need list of Balances to try to attain medical care. Returned to bank to retrieve the information from the same teller I originally worked with a week ago when another teller approached me saying it would be weeks weeks before I could get information about the account. I again explained to them I did not need to do a transaction just the information and that they were holding up his progress. The extra teller that had place herself in the middle of the business I was trying to conduct announcement, very loudly I was wrong I was acting like it was their responsible for being unable to provide me with the information. I told her she represented Cadence, yes they are the one holding up the process. Then a much older lady came from another room looked at the tellers screen and very rudely told me, I would not get any information from ************ she had already run my name through the computer and I didnt have an account with **********************, at that time I gave her a copy of my last bank statement and requested she close out my account. ********************* could transfer a **, like they transfer **** I plan to transfer the ** but being that is not possible I will return and ask to close out the **. As soon as I can get help to transport my husband, who is paralyzed on the entire ride side of body, we will be closing out all accounts. I have been told by other bank that the process for power of attorney should only take days, not weeks and weeks.. shame on you Cadence Bank ******* Ga!!

      The bank charged me 11 overdraft fees and I feel discriminated against. The charge was $396 of which I did not have. Im behind on bills trying to stay a float and they did not return call or didnt offer any resolution.

      Horrible bank. My mother passed and trying to settle her estate. Cannot get them to do what they are supposed to do. I have all the legal documents necessary but they keep giving excuses, or we need this or that. Finally on one acvount I had to get a judge to send them a letter and inform them to release account or theyd be in contempt. Now dealing with another situation with them. Would not recommend this bank to anyone. Try to call corporate office they keep saying were not the responsible department, thing is they keep jumping me around and no one is responsible or the right department. Will be closing all accounts as soon as I can Only left one star because I had too

      Cadence bank discrimination to those who have disabilities and they cannot accommodate you. Also mid they dont want you to bank with them they will close your account without a reasons They are also prejudice as you upload you documents they decide who they want to bank with them. Not their credentials

      I've been banking with Cadence for years but ever since they merged with Bankcorp South out of Tupelo, Mississippi its become a complete disaster. The tellers often seem confused when I go in to make deposits or conduct other bank business and everything takes 2-3 times as long as it would at a normal bank. Their tellers can not even accomplish simple tasks like wiring money to other banks. My business recently had a few checks stolen from the post office. Cadence put a freeze on my account without telling me which caused a bunch of our checks and debits to bounce. Even our payroll didn't go through and we were fined heavily by the payroll service. When I asked to be reimbursed for this, I get crickets. This bank is terrible, especially for business owners. Take your money and banking elsewhere.

      This has got to be the WORST BANK EVER!! They continuously withdraw money from your account, double paying bills etc keeping you filing a dispute until finally you close the account! Then you get a letter stating they settled a dispute and credited your money back to you. Then you try to pick up your money and they won’t give it to you. What do you do now??

      Frustrated at Cadence Bank because for some reason they can not get this loan officer ***** ******* off of our construction loan. It took us 3 attempts to close on our loan. The first attempt was cancelled because he was not ready. The second attempt we had to cancel because 3 hours before closing the advised us the closing cost had changed due to his error. We were prepared to close but the closing amount changed to 5 times the amount that we were supposed to pay and He advised us to just pay it and was unapologetic about it and we cancelled the closing. On the third attempt it took for us being frustrated to get the closing done.

      Worse bank ever.. do not switch your money is definitely there money, they will make the same transaction show pending and deduct it from your available balance and if u make a deposit it will magically be pending off that deposit also .. 2xs they got me and had no explanation for it rather then to say .. it just looks like its pending twice .. liars and scammers ..do not trust there bill pay either

      The mobile app is horribly outdated. The transactions are all out of order and they don’t tell you where the money was spent for a few days or the time. Not only that but with transactions being out of date you will find that your account will have the wrong number marked in your balance. I recently had $200 in a checking account. spent $50 and now suddenly have $40…Its not because of a glitch but because they are just now marking purchases from days ago. It’s extremely frustrating trying to manage your finances on an app like this when so many other banks offer better. i understand that from time to time you will have a delay maybe from a restaurant and such but this is every purchase. I will be using cash from now on until i switch banks. so try cadence if you like just remember you’ll 2-3 business days between individual purchases in order allow your account to catch up. Oh and if you want to get on the phone with customer service to get it figured out keep dreaming. i figured by the time someone answered i’d be 6 feet under.
