      Ive repeatedly called lithia to get my title sent to the city county building to no avail. I cant register itand my temp tags expired in July. I live in my car and Im battling CPS and am on pretrial and supposed to do random ua 2x a week, an drive to Bozeman 2xa week to see my 5 Mon old sick daughter and go to several court order classes but cant do that w/o legal tags I lost my job because not being able to get to work. Because I cant pay insurance due to no title in my name I cant fix the issue that someone stole my car keys and *** **** my car causing damage to my suspension and oil pan, about a week ago someone hit my rear end breaking my tail light and denting in my car, and Im unable to find another job to pay for my loan for it and its become a HUGE hassle. I wasnt given the option to choose my own car and was not given a loan I could afford though I asked several times and my credit at the time was good. Ive accrued LOTS IF INTEREST (over $1500) the alignment wasnt done on my car and I was not given a spare key, nor copies of my title work, or warranty or anything I signed. I was lied to about the services I was supposed to receive when talked into paying $575 a month (triple aaa and onstar were supposed to be included) and had to pay $250 for a new key fob because mine was stolen and no spare given which set me even further back. Ive left five plusmessages, texted my sales lady, called more than five times andsat at the city county building for over six hours, emailed lithia and even complained to a highway patrol man who noticed my tags in a parking lot. Being unable to ** will send me to jail which will cause me to lose my kids due to incomplete treatment plan. Theyre terminating my sons rights in nov because I couldnt complete my treatment plan due to lack of transportation. Im literally at a loss for words and so angry I cant describe it. I also was overcharged by **** ***** for a ***** car I cant driv. Screwscmy credit too

      August 15, 2023. My car was towed to Lithia Dodge for service. The diagnosis was that a new turbo needed to be installed. This work was completed for a cost of $2367 in September 2023. The car was returned after it had been driven 92 miles since it last service at Lithia Dodge, the car had not been properly fixed and in fact it appeared to be worse when it was returned to the service center. It was diagnosed with a different issue that was completed at a cost of $509 following this service. The problem was not fixed. At this point I had paid almost $3000 for work that did not solve the issue. I had to wait in order to save to have service done on my car which was done in August 2024. They (V-Dubs Mt) found the original installation from Lithia Dodge was done poorly and was misdiagnosed. It was noted that there was an 80 to 90% blockage in the air intake manifold Was the primary issue for the turbo it was also diagnosed that the turbo that wasnt properly installed by Lithia had completely burnt out. Keep in mind 270 miles had been driven on the car since the turbo was installed etc. for this complaint Im seeking reimbursement of the money that I spent , I have contacted this business two times to try to get resolution

      I brought my truck to have the cv axles replaced. When we left the dealership there was a creaking sound coming from the front of the truck. I contacted the dealership and they got us back in. They evaluated the problem and said they broke the control arm when working on the truck. They submitted the claim to the warranty company to have it fixed and the warranty company wanted pictures. The workers *********************** wanted to take the truck apart and take the pictures then hope the warranty company would pay for the labor and parts. I explained to him that the dealership is liable not the warranty company and that action needed to be taken. I requested a manager get ahold of me and they still have not. My truck is getting worse and more damage is being caused from the broken part. I have four kids I transport. It would be a shame if something happen yo us because they refuse to fix my truck.

      I bought a truck from this dealership and there was an agreed upon requirement that the truck be fixed before it was sold to me. There is paperwork signed and dated with this agreement. I am now having issues from them not fixing the truck correctly. The original problems have led to more problems. *** tried to contact them numerous times (at least *****) and they have tried to contact me ONCE. After I missed their call, I immediately tried to call back with no answer and tried text messaging again with no answer. Estimates to fix the damage will range from $600-$1200 (roughly) and thats ONLY if there arent more problems that have arose.

      This tick in the engine wasnt fixed when it was supposed to be fixed. They told me it was normal. Its absolutely not normal. It needs all new lifters or possibly a whole new motor. They have stop responding to me and wont contact me back.

      It will not go past 4000rpm. It just stops. I got stuck in traffic today because of this. ALL these problems were supposed to be fixed and I signed a contract that they would be fixed.

      They took $500 out my account, for a down payment on a purchase of a vehicle, which i never received the product, in return i would like that $500 back

      They still haven't resolved this issue , i want my $499.00 back from them asap its been i think 7 days now with no response from them , not sure how long they from my complaint date ? 14 days ? ******************* ************ they ruined my credit as well , did not receive 4-5 promises from lithia , they broke the contract several times , been treated bad & discriminated against!!!! This is unacceptable

      Canceled ************* end of May. Was told it would take up to about 6 weeks to get the money its been 10 weeks and no one answers the phone or calls back or has any info on it. I canceled the gap insurance within 6 weeks of having the vehicle. No one knows what they are doing, no one answers or calls back I just want my money back its been 10 weeks and they cant tell me why I havent gotten it or who the third party gap insurance is through,

      This is some texts with someone who works their I believe in sales. Buy I cant get ahold of anyone else who actually has information and it doesnt seem he can either.

      we bought a used vehicle 90 days ago and still do not have our registration paperwork at the dmv. I have tried to get answers from the dealer many times and nobody seems interested in getting me any answers. They said that they found the paperwork on a desk yesterday and overnighted it to the dmv finally. The way i was treated there was completely unacceptable, mainly because of the lack of communication and people just passing the buck off on somebody else. I asked repeatedly for the general manager to contact me but i got nothing from him.

      I purchased a car from lithia of Helena Mt the same day the cars motor blew. They came and got it 2 weeks later. Tha was in September. They called in November and said it was fixed. I didn't have it 2 weeks and had to take it to the local dealership and boom the seals were blown in the motor. They didn't install it correctly. They refused to fix it and never would they help. I either want the car replaced, or I want a full refund including what was given for my trade in and down payment or for it to be wiped completely off my credit. A different car would be nice.

      On 02/11/22 I contacted Lithia Jeep Dodge Helena, MT to trade in my 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk leased vehicle to purchase a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk I found listed on Lithia Helenas website. We worked with ******************* Finance Manager and ***************************. The Jeep Grand Cherokee that was advertised on the website stated Sticker price $44,777. Advertised with ****** miles as a Certified Used Vehicle. We got in the vehicle to test drive it and noticed a Chip in the passenger side windshield the size of a quarter. When we inspected the outside of the vehicle we noticed the tires were bald. 20% or less tread. There was no oil change sticker in the windshield to indicate the vehicle had been through a recent service. The vehicle was advertised on the website claiming it was a certified vehicle. We Brought all of this to Jasons attention and were persuaded we could work it out if we purchased it. A couple times during the transaction we tried to leave and were followed out to the parking lot by *****. He was pushy and insistent. I researched extended warranties prior to going to Lithia Helena and decided I wanted the ******** **** for $3977.00 to cover the term of the loan. ***** insisted on selling me the Lithia Platinum warranty and added $2895.00 to the purchase price. We purchased the vehicle with a "We-Owe" order that the Jeep would be re-certified and the safety issues repaired. 02/17/22 Vehicle picked up from my home 03/01/22 I called the dealership to speak to *****, he was no longer employed with Lithia Jeep Dodge. The tires were ordered, then on back order until 03/02/22. 03/03/22 I asked for the General Manager's name and phone number. I was given his email address instead. I composed an email to *********************************** 03/03/22 received a call from ********************************* Manager. I never spoke to the *** 03/17/22 Repair work completed, vehicle returned to me 1 month later. 05/15/23 I contacted Lithia ******** to schedule a warranty repair appointment for the Jeep as it has a strong coolant odor and leak after driving it. There is no record in their system of any extended warranty purchased for my vehicle. They suggested I contact Lithia Helena for them to enter my warranty into the system and activate it. 05/15/23 I called Helena and left a message in the business office @ 2:30 p.m. - No response received On 05/18/23 11:40 a.m. I left a message on ********************* (Service Manager) voicemail - No response received On 05/25/23 I sent an email to *********************************** and ********************************** No Response received On 05/31/23 I sent this email to ******************************************************** No response received As of today 06/01/23, I have not heard back from anyone at Lithia Helena. They dont answer phones, return voicemails or emails. My repair appointment in ******** is scheduled for 06/08/23 which I have had scheduled since 05/15/23. I cannot get my vehicle repaired until the warranty is in the Lithia computer system. I cannot drive the vehicle due to the coolant leak.

      My name is *****************************. I moved to ******* to attend ************************ and I have lived in ******* permanently since 2021. I have decided to put roots here and work and build a life in the ******* community. As a college student, I ventured out to finance and purchase my first car from your dealership.On January 6, 2023 I purchased my first vehicle from your dealership, a ***** 3 Hatchback, VIN number *****************, sold to me by *********************. I have made on time payments on the 20th of each month since then in the amount of $572 per month. Upon purchasing this vehicle I have followed all legal and proper protocols to legally register my vehicle, yet the ******* State *** never received a legal and proper title from you, Lithia. You and your dealership have not followed through to get proper title to ******* State ***. I have Requested extensions more than once by going into the **** City Hall 6 times within the past 4 months. As of May 11, my vehicle is not legally registered due to inefficiency and lack of follow through of your illegal business practices. We have called and called, left multiple messages and voicemails, sent messages to your website chatbox yet we have had no response or resolve from your team. I may just be a young college kid, but I also know that you selling me a vehicle, me paying you, on time payments of approximately $3,000 since my date of purchase is not a transparent and legitimate business practice.That said, I have reported this illegal business practice to *******************. Their suggestion is to take legal action. I expect a timely resolution within 5 business days for the illegal situation you have created due to your lack of follow through and unprofessional business practices. If the vehicle I purchased from you is not legally sorted with the *** and I do not receive my plates and registration by May 26, 2023, I will escalate this issue and take next steps with legal action.
