On the date of 11:18/2022 at 2:56 p.m. they have the list price for ***** roast at **** a pound. I asked the cashier to make sure she said it was **** per pound. After I made the purchase I looked at my receipt and I was charged $6.99 per pound. I tried to resolve this thinking they made a mistake and they refused to change it. I asked for clarification as to why the price is different than advertised. They had no answer and just kept saying they would not change it.Business response

I would like to start off by apologizing for this complete misunderstanding.
To recap the situation, We had ***** roasts in the counter at the $5.99 price. You wanted a bigger roast, so we had to open a new box from the new shipment that week. This shipment, OUR price for ***** had gone up a dollar a pound. Therefore, we had to raise the price to cover costs on this sale.
As we were ringing you up. You asked, the price and we explained the ones on display are $5.99 were from previous shipment and prices were lower at that time. We asked if that was okay and you agreed and continued to pay.
After we received a bad review on ******* we called and talked to a woman. We explained the situation again and asked if we can reimburse that extra cost this time for the misunderstanding. She replied "Oh, Okay. Thank you" And that was all.
We will be happy to return your money for that extra cost as stated before.
