I placed the order on December third for the next morning, as I had a busy day of travelling. I had been this restaurant before and their hours on their website that they would be open at 7am. I was wrong and the business was closed. And the business would not open until 10 am and I would miss my orientation. And unfortunately, I couldn't do that and lost out on my breakfast. I ordered a cinnamon roll and cold brew coffee to go. All I am looking for is a refund and I understand things happen with the hour change, but it should be communicated in places beside ******* And reflected on the order page. I have tried to contact the business by phone and email, but have not gotten any response. This why I have reluctantly reached out to the Better Business Bureau for help.
