Beware, This contractor does not pay his contractors even though he has been paid, I have had to file a bond claim against him. He overbilled on a county project and when paid kept the money billed for my scope of work as a lower tier subcontractor. Then when I billed the general informed me that he had on a previous billing be paid in full for the work. His work and ethics are far below standards that should be maintained by a licensed contractor. He will bury rubbish in your fill backfill with sub standard materials and cap with what will appear to be solid material until it gets wet or frozen then will begin to crack concrete as material begins to create sink holes. He will tell you anything to get your work then refuse to work unless he gets change orders that he is not entitled to. Stay away you will regret ever meeting this contractor. If he actually is a licensed contractor.

I have and always pay my contractors on time and will continue to do so. This contractor has been paid for everything he has submitted to me and on time. He is trying to have me pay him on demand by the tenth because thats when his account is due, I have not been paid for this billing period yet from the general contractor and he is aware of this. he knowingly took this job knowing there is 30 days from time of invoice submitted to get paid. The billing period for invoicing is by the 25th of the month and then paid 30 days from that. Him not managing his finances correctly should not be a reflection on me or my business. My office did **** more for this project but that has not effected payment to this contractor every time he has invoiced me and paid on time within the 30 days. This contractor requested unreasonable demands that are against the arrangements of this project. He is falsely stating I bury bad materials when that is not true and I bring in the correct material and required by the engineered plans and according to what the general contractor asked for. I have a good relationship with the general contractor and have been in conversation over whats going on with this contractor and what he is trying to do with the billing and they can verify my work and company ethics. I would like this comment removed do to how false and slandering it is.

Please contact ***** Creek Contracting, Eagle River billed and was over paid for this work 2 months ago. He does not have a good relationship with zcanas Creek and they have informed me that he will not be receiving any further payments until this is paid. Please have Eagle provide an agreement made that he would pay in 30 days. Both Eagle River and myself as aGeneral Contractor were bidding on this project separately He contacted me to ask if we could put our bids together to provide a better bid package. IIf someone would like to come to this project with and excavator and receive permission to remove a portion of the building slab and backfill around the building it will provide the unsuitable materials improperly used. Their are also other sub contractors and employees on this project that witnessed Eagle River Burying. Large chunks of ice and mud mixed then covering with a thin layer of base course material. When these chunks of Ice melt it will create voids and concrete failure. If you think this is a good contractors practices then you may want to remove my complaint , but it would be a very irresponsible cation on the part of the Better business bureau. A bond lien is in the process so this review is just being provided so that others to not fall victim to a sub standard contractor That believes that this is just how business is done.
