5 Stars - Excellent!!We were grateful to have found Off-Duty Fireman Construction. From start to finish, our entire project with ****** was professional and enjoyable, and it turned out better than we could have imagined! The team put us at ease from the start, and we knew right away that we were in competent, honest, and caring hands. *********************** explained every aspect of our project; he gave us 3D renderings of the finished project to see our vision, a calendar of when the subs would be working, and a detailed estimate of every labor and material cost. *****, in the ************** helped add the finishing touches, and she was vital in keeping our vision clear. The Communication was efficient through the builder app, and our questions were always answered promptly. They completed our project on time and within budget; we couldnt be happier with the results! Excellent from start to finish. We used Off Duty Fireman to remodel our kitchen and we couldn't be happier with the result. All of the team members and subcontractors were friendly and professional. It is a huge disruption to daily life to undertake a construction project like a kitchen remodel, everyone at Off Duty Fireman seems to understand that and they did their best to ensure we had access to the old kitchen for as long as possible before starting demolition. The team even stayed late to replace floor joists one night to prevent our cat from trying to escape. We have some more remodeling projects planned and will be using Off Duty Fireman for those as well. Thank you ****** and the team!

Off Duty Fireman was fantastic! We hired them to make our basement into livable space, including add a full bath. They provided us a timeline at the start of the project and stuck to it. They communicated when people would be working on our project and what parts of the project they were doing. The crews were always friendly and professional.We had a plumbing failure (defective toilet) that caused some damage during the project, and they quickly resolved the issue for us.We would absolutely hire them again and will do so for our next major project!Off Duty Fireman Construction Inc Response

This guy is the best. ****** and his team work doubly hard to be sure that things are done right and on time. When problems arise, as they always do, they are on it right away, and never put things off or leave customers sitting. Our project was very challenging, as we have a tiny home and gutted it entirely and removed all of siding. It was a frame only when they started rebuilding!! And it didn't scare them at all - they jumped in and tackled every part of it with professionalism and smiles. All of the subs were way above average, as well. The whole Off Duty Fireman team were wonderful to work with and they added a beautiful and useful space to our home. The construction took place as we welcomed our newborn, but ****** and all the subcontractors were respectful, clean and communicative, making the whole process as smooth as possible. I greatly appreciated the fact that the project stayed on schedule the whole time and we had a brand new beautiful master suite in just 4 months.Off Duty Fireman Construction Inc Response

Off Duty Fireman Construction ***************** provides the highest quality home repair. We had them do our bathroom makeover and we could not be happier. ****** has surrounded himself with excellent people and subcontractors. *******, the main lead is not only easy to work with but very professional. Each sub are not only great people but also fantastic craftsmen. They did a great job on putting up protective papers on the floors and walls to ensure the work did not cause any damage to the existing house.****** helped us pick out the tiles we would need for our floor and shower. He has great taste. You just need to let him know what you want and trust him to put together a great color selection of tiles and grout.We hit unknown problems such as mold damage in the bath. He called in professionals and solved the problem. We had a defective piece of plumbing that was not their problem. They jumped on it and fixed to our satisfaction with no cost to us.All that have seen the bathroom remodel agree that it is beautiful. If you are searching for a high-quality contractor with integrity, look no further than *************************** and Off-Duty Fireman Construction. My home needed a variety of repair work after being hit by three huge pine trees. From truss and roof replacement to siding, window and wall repair, to structural reconstruction, ****************** ensured that all work was done effectively and in a first-rate manner. He and his team safeguarded the parts of my home that didnt need rebuilding by protecting it throughout the restoration process. Additionally, ********************** tenacity in dealing with the insurance company was reassuring. After the job was done and paid for I, after moving back in, discovered a few minor punch-list items. ****************** followed up on these details, demonstrating a high ethical standard, and proving his reliability and dedication to getting my home back to pre-loss condition.
