Fraudster. Needs to be stopped. Going after them legally. Takes on business and doesn't have proper licencesor plans. Lie after lie after lie. Time to stop others from his pyramid scam. Owners need to be stopped. ******** scam.er. Needs to be shut down.

Good morning, I had my building installed during the worst time with it being hard to receive materials. I went with Patriots Metal Buildings because of the price and they also did the concrete. The process was a little slow at first but Luis and his team pushed through and did an awesome job with the concrete and the installation of my 30x40 metal building.

This company is a pleasure to work with. They did a fantastic job and left our place clean and finished when they said. Luis and his crew are very polite and efficient. Thank you guys so much.

Well this a email to see where an what we are doing! Letter sent by you on September 9 stated my building would be started on the 30th of September 2021 and completed by 2nd of October 2021. We both know this has not happened! The concrete pad was done in June 2021 in preparation of the erection of the metal building to be done by 10th of July 2021 in which this didn’t happen. Then we agreed on a date 30th of August 2021 again it didn’t happen, after this I made a trip to North Carolina on 8th of September 2021 to visit with you. You sent an email the next day with the start day of 30th September 2021 finished by 2nd of October 2021 nothing happened. Called you on the 1st of October 2021 were you promised to be in contact and show me the updates daily this didn’t happen!! I just need the building built with an actual date to start and finish. If this can’t be done tell me please, send my deposit of $10,000 back so I can move forward to getting and contractor to build a barn. Please just give me a date so this is all resolved. It got the building finally completed on Dec 4th 2021 signed contract in May 2021

Dealing with this company has been a complete nightmare, worst business transaction we have ever made. The owner Luis is very dishonest and quick to make promises that he doesn't intend to keep. If you want to be lied to every step of the way go through Patriot Metal. I am devastated because we only have half of a building and it took over 9 months to get it, and its still not finished. We begged and pleaded for him to return to finish the job but excuse after excuse, and the whole time he was doing other peoples jobs. The building is being used for our business, our livelihood and that didn't seem to matter. We finally asked for our deposit back and that was a total fight to even get it, after multiple failed attempts he finally came through. The concrete that was poured immediately started cracking in multiple places and they eventually fixed it, first attempt was a horrible attempt, and then they came a second time and corrected. They left concrete all up the side of our building (a wall that we paid 2500 for) and it is STILL there. The grading was left incomplete and we had to look at a huge pile of dirt and left over concrete for months, making mowing our yard very difficult. The grading was never finished and still something we will have to do ourselves. They didn't put the ridge cap on the building and left trash, beer cans and screws all over the jobsite that we had to pick up. I don't want anyone to have to deal with the amount of stress and arguments that we have been through by selecting this company.
