Website is impossible to read due to it looking as if a high schooler made it. I get it- tool boxes are cool but why put that as your backdrop? No one can read half of your webpage.Appointment availability is extremely limited, for only a few hour span. Website states to call for help yet the message center you get states to use the website. Sending an email seems to go nowhere- you dont get a response. I get that you are a recovery service helping finance companies. But you are dealing with people going through hard times. No reason to treat them like c*** You can just read responses from this company to see the attitude of these employees.

We are sorry you disapprove of our website. Our voice mail clearly states how to set up an appointment. Our appointments are every 15 minutes. Its not just here take your car , we have to follow protocol . No one has treated you poorly, even when an attitude was given to us . We dont tolerate the disrespect .Review from Hope S

My vehicle was towed by this company. Upon getting my vehicle back my tires was badly scratched along with two rims, and my right rear passenger tire was flat. I brought a tire inflator with me and asked could air be put in just enough to drive car from back lot. They said no and drove my tire on rim anyway and up my rim. Rim was bent and had to end up buying another rim. BEWARE of this place if I could give 0 stars I would. Lady had an attitude at window as well.BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!NC Recovery Services, Inc. Your vehicle was repossessed . Our pictures show (that were submitted to your finance company)there was nothing wrong with your vehicle or tires. Fo you to bring air pump clearly states you had previous issues with your low profile tires. Im sure the lady was upset with you after you were screaming, cursing and calling our employees crackers. Sorry you felt you were mistreated but We dont tolerate your type of behavior at our facility .Review from Scott R

Well I can not get any communication from this company. They repoed my vehicle and I get it I messed up. However, It has been over ****************************************** their system. I have worked it out with the bank to get the truck back. To be honest all I want is my dads dog tags out of the truck. I would have even given them the Keys to drive it away until I could have gotten my stuff right with the bank. Called and talked to a girl named ******** and she was rude. How am I suppose to make an appointment when my vin isn't even showing in the system.NC Recovery Services, Inc. Response

Sorry for the inconvenience but we can not release a unit without the finance companies release forms. Your paperwork was only sent over at 3:58pm on 12/29. We do not have a ******** in our office ,not sure where you called. Also your vehicle was repossessed in the middle the night and we are not allowed to make contact . Where do I start??? Let's start by saying this company should be shut down. My car was towed all the money had been paid and I was told that I only owed $140. $100 for the admin fee and $40 per day. They purposely give a number that leads to a voicemail that directs you to a website to book an appointment. I booked the appointment and they canceled the appointment and changed the date. I was not allowed to get my car I had to call a sheriff and by watching their conversation this is normal. The officer comes back with a smile and says he can't do anything. I came back the next morning and they changed the price to $345 to retrieve my car. At this point, I just pay them again because I want my car and to get the h*** away from these people. I even explained to these people that I was from out of state and had to be home for an emergency they still didn't care. These were the rudest and the most unprofessional people I've ever encountered. They charged me for 3 days and my car was there for 1.NC Recovery Services, Inc. Response

I am sorry but this office is by appointment only due to the finance company send sending over the proper release forms in time . This was stressed to you numerous times when you called the office. Your vehicle was repossessed on 12/18 so yes ******************** instructed us to charge you storage for the vehicle since it was here for 3 days because you failed to make an appointment when you were instructed to do so on 12/19. We do not randomly charge anyone any fees unless we are told to do so by the finance company . When you were here present at our location you did speak with Loss Prevention and they stated that is the only release form and fees that were instructed to be charged.Review from Bridigette S

This company was dispatched on rotation by a state trooper to tow my vehicle from the side of the road (NC 210 near Highway 50). On scene the tow truck driver said it was going to be $300 to tow the vehicle to our home approximately 8 miles away from the crash site. We gave him permission to take the vehicle to our property and he does. We meet the driver back at our property where he does not drop the vehicle or let me retrieve my belongings from it and is demanding cash payment (Not specified on scene). The driver refuses to wait for us to make a single phone call to be able to retrieve cash from inside our home and calls the vehicle a "piece of junk" before he makes the decision to take the car to their facility (8-9 miles away). A family member met the driver at the facility with enough cash to retrieve the vehicle but he takes the vehicle into their facility anyway. Since the driver made the decision to tow the vehicle back to their facility they were holding the vehicle and it was going to be $600 cash to retrieve the vehicle from their property before factoring in another driver to take the vehicle back to our home. They would not accept any form of payment besides cash and would not let me get my belongings from the vehicle until we had called an officer to the site. We paid the $600 and paid for another driver to tow the vehicle home which was $100. The vehicle was towed ***** miles on their truck and it cost us $600 (between $33-$38) per mile.Review from April B

This company stalls people so they can make more in storage fees .They stalled me for a week or more .. They had to be told by my bank Navy Federal that they issue the fees for storage because th3 2 days I Calle drhey said the bank gives rhose .. so they stalled me the first days because of fees..Then I needed photos for my insurance and they couldn't take them or let me take them .. had to get photos for my insurance company from the.bank They don't keep appointments and barely offer any hours to pickup vehicle or property.. they give 4 time frames in a day and sometimes not even that .. The most unprofessional inconvenient company Ive ever encountered. They do not commit to the appointment times and they alter the times to sabotage retrieving belongings. This placed needs to be shut down before someone gets hurt.NC Recovery Services, Inc. Response

The original appointment YOU set up yourself was incorrect because we did not have redemption paperwork from your finance company to release the unit and the appointment was declined . You than set up another appointment for 8/17 to retrieve your items and canceled it YOURSELF online. We are committed to our scheduled appointment times, it is the customers responsibility to be on time and schedule the appointment.
