We purchased a wood stove and installation from this company in October of 2022. The stove was delivered and installed but with two issues. One, the amount of stove pipe was short one-foot from what was agreed. This was since remedied. Secondly, there is a small k*** that has been missing from the stove since it was delivered. After many attempts, we have never received this part. We went to the store in-person and as recently as April 3 of 2023, via text message, requested the missing part. We also informed the owner of a water leak coming from the site of the stovepipe install. There was no response to these requests. Given that it is over 6 months of attempting to get a resolution to the missing part, we have decided that we needed to escalate our complaint to the BBB. All we want is the missing part and for the installer to check for the source of the leak. In other words, we just want the service we already paid for.Business response

I believe ****** went to address the small dripage and I will find the k*** in question to address this issue.

I am rejecting this response because:The complaint contained two issues: First, the leak. We are assuming that is fixed now. Secondly, the missing part which has not been resolved. I repeat, we have been asking for this part since October of 2022. We are not willing to close the case until all issues have been resolved.
