date of transaction -- 6/3/22 amount spent and requesting refund -$330.39 I ordered 10 big head cutouts with custom message on the back for a retirement party. I paid for 3 day shipping so they would arrive on time. The package shipped to me on time. When I got the envelope, it was completely empty. There was nothing in it. I emailed them right away and they apologized and offered a credit which is not helpful to me. I don't have another event coming up where I need cardboard head cutouts. I asked for a refund and they told me to fill out a refund request form online which I have done. Since then, I have asked for a status update. I keep getting told the same thing over and over: "Your refund request will be handled by one of our managers or owners. This needs to be verified and reviewed. Please wait for the updates. " This has been going on for a month. order number-*******Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I did however dispute the charge with my credit card company.Initial Complaint

I ordered 20 BuildAHead items (photo of a person blown up and placed on a stick) for a wedding this weekend. Specifically asked for and paid extra for delivery on Friday, 6/3/22, when my son would have arrived at the AirBnB private residence they rented. BuildAHead never notified me that the items had shipped and would arrive early so that I could contact the landlord or *** to make arrangements for delivery. l Contacted BuildAHead to see what happened and got a reply with the delivery info and *** tracking #. This doesn't say where it was left or with whom. BuildAHead has no phone number or mailing address to contact them, refuses (via email) to call me, and have refused to contact *** which they are supposed to do as the shipper and to this moment have refused a refund. How shoddy is it for a company not to list an address or phone number, refuse to call a customer to resolve an issue, and have no information anywhere on where they are located, where execs are located, etc. I even tried to contact PR but no phone nuimber is provided. You have to fill out a form and pass specific requirements to get a call back. Would love your help getting a refund of $283.79 but also want to warn others to stay away from this incredibly shady business.
