Had a real problem when taking a ring for repair. I walked in and everyone was having lunch and I said in my head oh, I had a feeling I should leave. A very nice women came out and I told her I had a old ring I needed a prog for. She looked at the ring and said it needed 11 progs at a cost of ****** than another lady appeared and took the ring and said no only 7 and 1 full prog we all looked at it with the eye lop and the women said that would be ****** Now her and the other women are talking and she says oh yeah the rodium wash for shine will be about ***** I said do I need that done she answer no so I said skip that. She said oh but that's what makes the ring pop. I didn't want it. So I drop the ring off. Now I have 2 watches that need batteries I leave them for repair as well. They say come back for the watches the next day.The next day I pick up my watches and the Lady says are you sure you don't want the rodium wash done on the ring, no. I leave the next day she calls me at home oh we didn't notice that day but the under carriage is cracked on the ring from wear. That also has to be fixed now I'm questioning these people well how much will in cost oh about 2 or ****** additional. My reply is no I'll just pick it up.That day I pick it up and the under carriage was totally cut down the middle on one side. The ring was important to me and so before I drop it off I checked it completely . The ring was perfect to the naked eye now it's stone was exposed a lot because of this big cut. I new at that point they had cut the ring and it also was very sharp. It had nothing to do with wear . One lied to me and the other agreed with her. Now I am leaving very upset with a very damaged ring and can do nothing . Please don't let this happen to another person.Thank you
