Business came into our space to clean up a water leak, and broke a toilet. They called themselves fixing it; however A month later we received a bill for over $1500. We reached out to the office manager who never called us back and the field manager who basically told us theres nothing they can do about it. Even after providing proof that our monthly bills for the 3 years we've been at the space never have been over $100; except of course after they decided to come in our space and have someone not properly trained to perform work at our space. Now we are stuck with a $1,500 water bill!!!!Business response

In the month of March we were called out to fix a toilet and a water leak, our team successfully fixed the problem they were called out for. A few months later, the tenant received a high water bill, wanting us to pay for the extra cost. We requested 3 months of invoices, we found that the water bill was normal after we serviced this location, and the water bill in question happened 3 months after we serviced the location. Inconclusion we are not responsible for the water bill, and successfully fixed the issue we were called out for.
