March 19th - Order confirmed (was stated on product desc**ption product may take 4-5 weeks to be shipped due to inventory) - no update for next 5 weeks - Ap**l 27th - I emailed company asking for an update seeing it was past the 5 week mark at this time - company replies same day stating , and I quote " Thank you for reaching out to us! My apologies as we never received a tracking email from the vendor when your order was sent out. Our shipping department requested the information and received it this morning. After reviewing the tracking information the item seems to possibly be lost in transit. Unfortunately, you will need to file a claim with **** to locate the package. Our apologies for the inconvenience with the cou**er! Please let me know if you need any additional information from us for the claim! " At this point I received a tracking number and saw it was in ** ( Package was supposed to go to ** I spoke to **** and found out company put a non existent ** address and it has been in Maryland since March 31st. Ap**l 29th company was informed of this information , and claims to be contacting **** May 13th - 2 weeks after and still no update - I would also like the point out that I PAID for shipping Not once was a shipping fee refund offered or any kind of assistance in the issues the company fails to take responsibility for.
